酒店是剛剛試業的，非常好，前台及經理，還給升級了一個湖景房，還送兩個早餐，早餐非常棒，用餐區正對湖景，午餐是自助餐。酒店很大，有健身房，桌球，乒乓球，還有休閑書吧，游泳池很大。往周邊逛了一圈，風景如畫，休閑度假太棒了。下次一定在和家人一起過來。

1.服務還不錯 入住當天應該是大堂經理在接待 比較迅速態度也很好
2.周圍環境真的比較差 屬於前不着村後不着店的情況
3.酒店整體就屬於普通偏向民宿的感覺 房間內沒有中央空調 就一台掛式空調對着床直吹 不舒服

🚗 交通：比較偏遠，自駕車可以到。
🧹衞生：餐廳裏飛的蒼蠅可以炒盤菜了，就連大廳都有蒼蠅，也是可以。
🍃環境：説是南麗湖邊，但並沒有什麼湖景，算是一窪水塘吧……
🔔服務：重點要説服務了，差到極點了，門口不許停車，但允許暫停辦入住後下來挪車，保安是高估了前台的工作效率了嗎，非常沒禮貌的打電話讓挪車，但前台忙着和老客聊天辦事效率極低，而且根本沒有人幫忙拿行李！進屋想要張乾淨床單鋪一下布藝沙發，因為沙發有點臟帶孩子不好坐，被保潔人員直接拒絕，理由是床上有床單，那我退而求其次要一個乾淨浴巾，也被以同樣的理由拒絕…第二天早餐時買小孩餐券被告知需要成人一半的價格，58的一半應該是29，但服務人員説是30，餐廳外面沒有任何地方標識要30，服務員講公眾號上有標，當我第一次住並沒有公眾號…雖然因為我的堅持最後收的29，但這種感覺非常不好，就像我在訛酒店1元錢一樣，退房前台非常不專業，竟然忘記身份證簽出，影響我下一家酒店入住！不會再住，極不推薦！

優點：服務態度好，幾乎每個工作人員都友善、熱情
缺點：辦理入住、退房時間太久，且不合理；定的是躍層的套房，房間不配浴袍、小童拖鞋；酒店電視壞了，兩個電視都壞，入住前卻未告知。

酒店位置很偏遠，看似入住率不高，但出奇地，酒店各方面的保養極好。早餐水平也十分高，服務員親切的笑容，令人留下深刻印象。

預訂前打電話瞭解了一下，前台的小姐姐聲音很好聽，細心解答，入住時前台接待熱情周到。房間乾淨整潔，洗漱用品都是獨立包裝，打掃房間的大姐很親切、貼心，房間每天清理，洗漱用品每天添補，服務温暖，細節到位，居住體驗非常棒!下次還會再來!

酒店還不錯，整體設計以東南亞建築風格，還是蠻有格調的。前台的指引服務做的也可以，晚上睡覺環境挺安靜的，本來以為起不來吃早餐訂了不含早的，過去餐廳轉了一下早餐還不錯，自費吃了個早餐種類和味道也都還行。
