Cosy hotel in nice surroundings. Check in was ok. The room was big but needed some TLC. The beds were not very comfortable and squeeked when you moved. The bathroom was old and the amenities few and small in size. The bartender was slow and confused. Breakfast staff was tired, uninterested and not very friendly. The breakfast buffet was uninspiring but sufficient. Checkout was very fast and efficient.

Es war insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.
Unsere Wünsche wurden allesamt zuvorkommend und sehr höflich entgegengenommen und erfüllt.
Die Einrichtung hat sich in den vergangenen Jahren nicht wesentlich verändert. Wir haben uns trotzdem wohl gefühlt.

Das Hotel war sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal war freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Der Wildpark direkt nebenan lädt zum spazieren ein.

An für sich eine tolle Lage. Stil ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch war es für uns nicht so dramatisch. Preis- /Leistungsverhältnis stimmt für uns nicht überein. Das 4 Gängemenü und Canapès sind meiner Meinung nach zu überteuert für das, was es bietet. Sechs kleine Beitscheiben. Für 15€ hätte ich mehr erwartet. Wellnessbereich war sauber, jedoch richtig es in einem Bereich sehr bach Urin. Pool sieht auf den Fotos größer aus als es ist.

Wir haben uns in diesem herrlich Old School Hotel sehr wohlgefühlt Es liegt mitten im Wald. Schönes Hallenbad mit Glasdach. Abends Dinner auf der Terrasse - sehr idyllisch. Die Kellner - teilweise schon etwas älter - aber alle freundlich und kompetent! Die Preise fair (vor allem der portugiesische Haus-Weisswein für 19 EUR!). Umfangreiches Frühstücks-Angebot. Schön auch, dass wir unser E-Auto chargen konnten über Nacht.

Im Vergleich zum Vila Vita Portugal war unser Aufenthalt hier eine große Enttäuschung. Das Hotel steht kurz vor der Übernahme durch einen Investor und man versucht wohl noch das Meiste an Gewinn herauszuholen. Das Mobiliar in der Rezeption beispielsweisse sagt alles: Abgewetzte Sessellehnen, Türklinken und Umgebung abgenutzt. Überhaupt ist der Grad der Abnutzung überall zu sehen. (abgestoßene Türen und Möbel.) Unser Zimmer war ok, allerdings das Badezimmer winzig, benutzbar nur für eine Person; Toilette so groß wie ein Campingklo. Keine ordentlichen Sitzmöbel nur ein Stuhl und eine Schlafcouch (unbequem). Eine Frechheit ist die sog. Sevicepauschale, die man auch zahlen muss, wenn man den Wellnessbereich nicht in Anspruch genommen hat (€ 2,-- pro Pers. und Tag.) Bei den hohen Zimmerpreisen müsste das eigentlich inklusive sein. Die Speisekarte des Restaurants ist überschaubar. Die Speisen teuer. Zum Glück gibt es im Ort noch andere Möglichkeiten zum Essengehen. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal: ruhig und umgeben von Natur. Zum Hotel gehörte auch ein Wildpark und ein mehrere Hektar großes Waldgelände, das aber inzwischen an die Stadt verkauft wurde.
