North Huanghai Hot Spring Resort

In the past ten years, it was the first time that I took my family to travel to Dandong without any strategy or even hotel reservation. The seawater hot springs I chose blindly exceeded my expectations. I am also very grateful to Wang Xiaoyu at the front desk for her warm and patient reception and room introduction.

Apar**ent-style residences, as well as villa-style rest areas, excellent hot spring water and good environment, free breakfast and rich, reasonable and delicious dinner. The lounge facilities are complete, and the hot spring trip is praised.

1. The room is in the main building. You can wear a swimsuit and bathrobe directly when you go to the hot spring, saving the process of changing clothes. 2. The supermarket in the main building is open for too short hours and the goods are not complete. There is no place to buy food at night. 3. I like the grilled lamb chops in the restaurant on the first floor of the main building. 4. It is not cold inside the hot spring amusement park, and children especially like to play.

The family room I booked is at the back of the hotel. I need to drive back and forth. The sanitation is good, but the soundproofing is really poor. Maybe it's because there are too many people during holidays.

The environment is very elegant, the front desk and customer service are great, the facilities are quite complete, the meals are delicious, and most importantly, the hot spring water park is super fun haha

Staying in the hotel gives you free hot spring tickets, and the hotel accommodation fee is doubled, which is understandable, but the service is too bad, extremely bad, I have never seen such bad service. After taking a hot spring bath, we went to scrub the body, and the lady who scrubbed the body told us that it would not be scrubbed clean without extra money. The attitude was too arrogant. It was not friendly to foreign tourists at all. I will never go there again

This is the first time I give a bad review. First of all, let's talk about hygiene. I don't want to give it a single star. The sofa in the dressing room (male) is full of cigarette ash and has a peculiar smell. It is recommended to do a good job of cleaning and disinfection in the later stage, and it is best to improve the exhaust and fresh air system. Since it is a parent-child trip with two adults and two children, the room is an apar**ent. The quilt cover and pillowcase on the tatami in the apar**ent have not been changed at all. There are obvious dirt and hair (there are pictures and truth). After communicating with the front desk, someone came to change it about an hour later. Because the child was tired and fell asleep, otherwise I really want to get angry 😡. There are also hairs in the bathroom bathing pool. If it weren't for the New Year, I really don't want to live here. I have no choice. The environment and facilities are given two stars. I have been to no less than ten similar hot springs in the province. This is not the worst, but it is really below average. The service is given one star. First of all, the front desk who handles check-in and check-out should be praised. The service attitude and efficiency are good. One star is for the customer service attendant (the reason has been stated before). The free breakfast is OK. I mainly have requirements for food hygiene. After all, I am taking my children out to play, so I don't have many requirements for the variety of dishes. I suggest not to go to the restaurant on the first floor. The service of the waiter is very good and the attitude is also very good, but the dishes are too salty and the dishes are very slow. This is the first time I write such a long review. I hope it can help friends who have read to the end.

The room was clean and hygienic. The apar**ent was located behind the park. The front desk staff was very polite. The breakfast menu was quite rich, but it was hard to find a seat when there were many people. I don't know if it was because there were many people during the festival.
