A bit disappointing for a 4 star rated hotel. Upon checking in very late, we were given a room with mold all along the entrance walls, it had that musty smell and a broken floor in the shower area. We were too tired to ask for another room. Stayed for one night and we were glad we didn't book for longer.

設施齊全，環境乾淨衞生，服務態度💯，已經是第二次入住，交通便利，距離民營國貿滙一城和東城13碗很近，很適合情侶出行，家庭出遊。

房間很大，最滿意有個茶几和沙發，可以幾個同學一起喝酒聊天。服務人員特別好，10分鐘內連續三次打電話讓她們送東西都笑眯眯的。大堂服務人員也特別有禮貌，還免費送了2張早餐券，停車又免費。同學們説下次來東莞還住這，價格便宜服務又好。

這家酒店的服務很好，前台很熱情，房間也很舒適，房間還免費幫做了一個升級，房間挺大的，就是酒店的停車位不是很好找，不過這邊都會有人專門過來幫忙指引，總體來説還不錯

在南城地段，靠近滙一城也就兩個路口左右，很近很方便，坐落在市中心，入住時候給了糖果，有果汁喝，很不錯，都是自助的，前台服務很貼心，其中一個小插曲，手指受傷了，前台馬上拿止血貼給我，從細節就能看出來員工很上心，對於這次入住，前台服務滿分！

半夜選擇的酒店，看見全季和凱利和附近，中間的凱里亞德很顯眼，選擇了這家，訂的大床房，前台看見一家人升級了雙床房，真的非常驚喜，房間很大，看見酒店外面景色，雖然靠近馬路邊，但是不會吵，內窗户很安靜，入住的七件套都齊全，住的很滿意，負一樓停車位置難找

從廣州趕過來入住的，剛好遇到考試，非常方便很近靠近大劇院，位置很好找，路邊是十字路口，酒店門口有停車位置但是數量有限，去地下停車場有點難找，要定位康悦那邊，有點無語，指示很少，第一次來根本找不到，酒店要加強位置提示，辦入住前台很不錯，還升級了房型，晚上可以看見南城夜景，早餐種類多，自助的很贊，房間很大，一個房間相當於兩個維也納級別的單人房，房間大私密感高，隔音好，浴缸舒服，也配備了一次性浴缸套，泡的比較放心，衞生相對來説地板乾淨。總體來説是9分感受體驗，剩下1分是停車問題，其它都挺好，但是設施要提升，我覺得下次入住還來。

大是很大，但是很舊到處是黴斑，然後枕套被套很舊，都磨破了，然後枕頭海一股頭油的味道。。。最重要的就是酒店都洗衣機是壞的，那個滾筒破了，夠爛了我的褲子，忘記拍照洗衣機，回來才發現褲子破了，真不推薦。。。。
