前台小姐姐很好，有個機器人送物品很可愛，有免費的洗衣房很是方便，客房的阿姨服務周到，還送了一個眼罩非常貼心

陽台很寬敞，晾衣服特別方便，有免費自助洗衣機提供，客房空間也很大，配備紅茶綠茶咖啡，整體比較滿意，下次來優選擇這家店

看到是中集的企業才訂的，酒店大堂不大，不過香味很特別，前台小姐姐笑容很甜，淮揚菜很正宗，早餐沙拉也特別好吃，跟前台小姐姐説需要長住馬上送了個大禮包來了，愛了。

房間有個大陽台，這對於出差的人來説真是太好了，有地方曬衣服，客房阿姨笑容很好，還給我留言，告訴我二樓有自助洗衣房，房間裝修是簡約風格，大堂的香味很特別 ，早餐也很好吃，哈哈，下次來松山湖還來住

從沒遇到過這麼離譜的酒店，真的敢承認自己是四星級嗎？入住的時候，前台一股刺鼻的味道，搞得我一直咳嗽。進了房間後發現，説是套房，就是一個單身公寓。窗簾遮光很差，房間隔音也很差，洗澡水忽冷忽熱。第二天大早上的前台給我打電話問我要不要打掃衞生，都加了我微信不微信問我還打我電話？我不要睡覺的？掛了電話幾分鐘，保潔又來敲我的門要打掃衞生。真無語！不過早餐的麪條挺好吃的，那位短髮的小姐姐還給我直接端到了座位上，給她點個贊

1.星級虛標，根本不是四星級酒店，前台也明確説不是四星
2.房間氣味重，本來以為是通風不好。空調抽風2小時還是一樣，很奇怪的氣味
3.空調製冷聲音大，影響入眠，製冷效果差，還有沙沙的異響
4.裝修差，內部一部分貼的瓷磚，一部分木地板
5裝修簡陋，牆面衹是貼了一層紙皮，衞生間洗手枱下面還是毛坯的
6.不衞生，感覺枕頭有味道，打開枕套看到不知道是不是發黴了
總之差的超出預期，以後不會再住了
