設施：房間是新裝修的，裡邊有掛衣架，煙灰缸，泡茶杯，茶葉，燒水壺等，基本上滿足所有人的需求。
衞生：特別乾淨。
環境：隔音效果也不錯，我們入住當天小孩子有點不舒服，哭鬧了一整晚，害怕吵到相鄰房間的客人，退房的時候老闆説沒有反饋有吵到人家休息的情況，名宿門前可以免費停車，海景房可以看到漲潮和落潮的景色，其他房間也可以到樓頂觀看海景。
服務：在我們住過的店裡算得上是絕對靠前的服務了，老闆娘看我們帶着兩個小孩子，給我們借洗澡盆，恆温壺，孩子剛去可能有點水土不服有點發燒，老闆帶我們去附近的診所，很是貼心，下次去還住他家。

海景雙人床，房間寬大，可以看漲潮和退潮。帶孩子去了沙灘上玩沙子，去村裡看媽祖廟。附近景區也多，比景區的房子更實惠。漁村裡的飯店吃本地海鮮價格比景區便宜一半，口味很不錯。

酒店環境衞生都很好，停車也很方便，房東服務態度也很好，海景房不錯，一大早起來可以坐在房間裏看日出，地方不熟房東還會給你給你介紹景點，去東山遊玩值得去住……

定的時候不知道温馨大床房沒有海景，房東老闆給免費升級了海景大床房。住過多間海景名宿，這個房子寬敞明亮乾淨，設備新，這個漁村叫外賣，叫車服務都特別方便。

怎麼説呢，我覺得這個民宿不知道是不是才裝修的，覺得有很大的傢俱材料味，才裝修嘛一般都有甲醛，還是有點偏了，訂房的時候沒注意看周圍，附近吃的很少，不過老闆的服務很好，很熱情。
