公寓型酒店，房間上面説108平，其實扣掉30%的公攤，衹有70平....酒店沒有前台，停車10塊要自己出.....然後樓下就是幾家大排檔，晚上很吵很吵很吵，難以入睡！！！ 公寓裏面電梯很堵.。綜合打個7.5分！

公寓位置很好找，乾淨衞生，老闆熱情周到，就在馬鑾灣海邊，交通便利，停車方便，餐飲下樓就有大排檔，價格也還可以，適合親子出遊或朋友聚會，喜歡沙灘和游泳的朋友可以到這裏玩。

此次與十八位朋友一起出遊，八月上旬入宿在島上馬鑾灣城附近的東山海樂居公寓酒店，出行方便快捷，離開海濱浴場徒步五分鐘，不含早餐，房間總體簡單偏貴，還是值得推薦！

衞生真的很差 地上滿是灰塵 沙發和床也給人黏糊糊的感覺，燈光昏暗 門也是壞的很難鎖上。安全係數也不高，疫情特殊時期居然不用辦理入住直接去房間，鑰匙就掛在門上，其他沒有入住的房間也是直接門上掛着鑰匙，誰都可以直接進去。最基本的身份證核酸證明都不用出示，退房也是直接鑰匙掛門上就可以了，給人不正規的感覺 家人都説最差的一次體驗
