The room is large and the environment is very good. The toiletries are from Spanish Nature Biss. I booked the first night on Ctrip and the official website. The second night is a package with breakfast and golf. When I checked in, I made two different orders together for two nights, so there is no need to change. After I booked the room, the front desk said that all I had to do was re-swipe the key the next day. However, at noon the next day, I received a text message from my bank that deducted more than 400 US dollars from me. I asked Ctrip to pre-authorize and asked the hotel. They said they thought I wanted to extend my stay and deducted my room for one night. The fee was cheaper than the first night booked by Ctrip. I went to the front desk to explain the situation and asked them to refund me. They said that the pre-authorization had been cancelled. When I checked out after staying for two nights, I asked the hotel if I had refunded. They said that I had already refunded and returned to China after half a month. I called the bank and the pre-authorization was still frozen. I asked Ctrip to call the hotel and ask the hotel. Really enjoyed our stay, service was top notch and although we weren't golfers, had a lot of fun with the golf cart rental and practice facilities. Food was also great although a bit pricey, but we were glad we got food from the marketplace cafe before heading to the airport. Kudos to all of the staff and housekeeping who made our stay in Miami a memorable one!

We had a very nice stay. Breakfast could be a bit more varied (especially on hot meals). Unfortunately, we could not bike as the renting system was down. Very beautiful property and nice staff.
