Great PI hotel - you know what you’re getting but the location right on the seafront is perfect - wonderful views out over the harbour

Clean big room. Great sea view. Would definitely recommend.

We have stayed here before. This time we found the room disappointing as the mattress was soft and bowed like a banana. The associated restaurant "Table Table" was in need of a serious makeover, not upgraded since our last visit about 8 years ago. We know it's a budget hotel the experience fell short. It's a shame because the there is so much potential.

Ideal for our requirements. Good location for the ferry terminal. Only downside is no heating in the bathroom making it cold for a winter stay.

Good hotel, good breakfast buffet, diner options are ok - also locals for the sunday roast Meat options, parking ok for your stay, good hotel + parking for a visite to Dover Castle bunkers.

The facilities are quite satisfactory, a little old, the front desk is very polite, in short, it is worth the price, and there is no peculiar smell. The room is slightly small but completely sufficient. The check-in process is relatively intelligent.

The location of the hotel is very good, suitable for driving and taking the ferry, highly recommended.

The room is in a good location, and I can see the white cliffs directly from my room The service is ridiculously bad. I checked my bag in on the first day, and then on the second day I asked the front desk if they could help me check out. They directly said: you are not our guest anymore😅😅😅. It means that I can't check in after checking out. I really think it's ridiculous. The service of the chain hotels I know is generally beyond expectations

The location is not bad, but the room I booked stated that it included breakfast. In the morning, it was told that it didn’t have breakfast and I had to buy it myself. I didn’t know what to do.

Super nice, truly picturesque facing the sea. It's not far from the train station and the White Cliffs of Dover, and there's a food court behind it. The room is so big, fully equipped, and has a sea view outside the window.
