Checked in here tonight. From the outside it looks just ok but thats where it ends. Open the doors and step inside of a very well appointed and maintained Hotel Then when you eneer a room you will be very happy and comfortable with the spacious and very clean room. With a restaurant and well stocked Coffee bar onsite in this hotel you can be assured of a comfortable sleep and a full belly in this gem hidden in plain sight! Staff is also very pleasant and very hospitable. Thank you for a good nights rest by going that extra Mile and providing an enjoyable experience! Stay here again? 100% yes for us. Close to highway as well.

We stayed here on the final leg of a journey to the east coast back to Ontario. I spent time looking for a pet friendly hotel since those that don't take dogs greatly outnumber those that do. After a whole day of driving I was told the second floor is designated for dogs. I was also informed that I could not take my small dog on the elevator. I am almost 70 and both my 25 pound dog and I have mobility issues. I was advised I would have to take the stairs and if the dog couldn't get up the stairs I would be required to carry her. The reason? Hotel policy (no discussion) and guests with allergies couldn't use the elevator after a dog had been there. Final solution --- the supervisor said an exception would be made as long as no other guests got on the elevator. I had just spent two weeks in 10 different pet-friendly hotels including the Quality Suites in Levis --- never encountered this before. My feeling is if a guest is so sensitive to dogs (who may have been on the elevator) perhaps they should be staying at a pet free hotel --- there are lots of those. The front counter staff was not willing to make an exception; only a supervisor could. Apart from that the hotel was great ....

The staff were so friendly. They gave recommendations for restaurants and Muriel called us as we left an item in the room and she willing mailed us our belongings. The place was clean and it was close to restaurants. We were just driving through to Ontario. It’s close to the highway as well. Thank you !!!

Easy to find off the highway. Easy check in process. The room was simple but had all of the necessities. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The room was overpriced in my opinion but it was in line with current market prices. I would stay again if needed.
