Everything is perfect, food, waterpark, boat trip, beach, room… so regretting not to stay for one more night!!

Incredible hotel!! Amazing experience and service from all the staff. I've not stayed at or been to a bad Jumeirah hotel. Exceptional location and restaurants. The rooms are gorgeous, clean and well looked after. The pool, beach and area around the hotel is excellent.

The room has a balcony and the service is very good. There are not many varieties of breakfast, more suitable for Europe and America. There are almost no Chinese people in the whole hotel, only foreigners. It is very close to the castle market, and you can eat and go shopping on foot.

For a price of over 20,000 RMB, I think this experience is very bad. The hotel itself is no different from all high-end resort hotels. The service on the beach is indeed very considerate, but the service at the reception is terrible. The lady who received us on the first day was very hasty and neither my friend nor I understood what she said. It should be a problem of foreign language proficiency, because we all studied and grew up abroad. I wanted a bill today, and it took me a whole day to send emails and Whatsapp, but I still haven't received it. My friend lost a pair of shoes halfway through, and although he found them, there was an extra pair of socks in the shoes when he found them. It felt like someone had tried them on. We were moved out because we missed the check-out time. Although this was our own fault, it was actually just after 12:00 at that time. Because there was a guest in our room who was going to check in in the afternoon, we were moved to another room, so we were charged half of the room rate.  The room is still very beautiful. The hardware is not a big problem.

The services at Jumeirah are attentive and considerate, the dishes are delicious and suit Chinese tastes. The three-day stay is full of wonderful memories. If I come to Dubai next time, I will choose Jumeirah.

Room 414 in Yigong has a balcony and is opposite the Burj Al Arab Hotel. (Picture 1); Children’s favorite is the Water Park (Picture 2, in fact there are also ones suitable for adults, children over 1.1 meters can unlock almost all the activities), you can take a Buggy (car) there; if you have breakfast, you can sit there There would always be crows and other small birds outside trying to steal some food. Later, the restaurant boy invited a falcon (picture 3). When the falcon came, almost all the birds disappeared naturally; there are swimming pools everywhere in the hotel. The beach is also very nice. It’s just that it’s still very hot outdoors during the National Day. Change an extra 5 or 10 dirhams in cash to facilitate tipping. The biggest worry about renting a car is traffic fines, which are said to be very expensive. The hotel provides free valet parking. If you want to take a small train to the Atlantis Hotel, you can go to Nakheel Mall (parking is free) and buy a round-trip ticket (you can get a 20% discount if you fly with Emirates). Parking at the Louvre on the Sea in Abu Dhabi is also free. The reason for providing information on whether parking is free is not because the parking fee is expensive, but because it is not easy to pay the parking fee for fear of being fined. You can pay parking fees in Dubai by downloading RTA Dubai, and in Abu Dhabi you can pay parking fees through DARB. Traffic regulations in Abu Dhabi are stricter (it is said that you may be fined for speeding even 1 kilometer over the speed limit, while in Dubai it can be no more than 20%). Pay special attention to the traffic light instructions for right turns and U-turns, which are the most likely to be violated.

Generally speaking, it is good, but its attitude towards Chinese people is still a little inferior. Ctrip's speed and attitude in solving problems are good.
