I love this hotel and mostly house keeping department is doing wonderful job I feel free with them to conversation while they are cleaning I like the way they are doing great service and all amenities If I'm not in my room like long time 5 hrs when I entered the room I feel peace because room is pleasant and very nice make up and also pool view of hotel is excellent 👌 and peace place

Stay a week recently. Breakfast should have more options. Every day is very similar, very easy to get bored. Pastry and omelette isn't good. Room service menu also boring actually. However, you can order online so it won't be a problem. And there is a affordable restaurant nearby, their tea is great. But room is spacious and well equipped and you can cook your own meal. Everyday will provide lots of water bottles. There is a swimming pool on the roof shared with Aloft. Nice place to chill and do sunbathing. Staff is also friendly and helpful. Have a great time!

This hotel provides excellent services. All the staff members are compassionate & accommodating. A receptionist, Joy, is a blast to talk to and very helpful in changing bookings etc. While Akshay, a server at the Mix restaurant, memorized my order and was quite friendly as well. We are a long-term stay and have yet to complain about any of the amenities. The pool is on the roof with a view, the bar on the ground and the roof are both pleasant for a relaxing evening. Overall, recommended for weary travelers looking for something short term at a decent price point but also very accommodating for long-term residents. -Sar

The best part of that hotel were the employees! The worst part of the hotel were the actual room(s)! Breakfast in the morning was plentiful and tasty. The location was a bit far from the action of downtown, but we knew that before we booked. This hotel may be relatively new, but it is VERY run down. We stayed in two different rooms because the first one smelled very strong of cigar smoke. Housekeeping attempted to sanitize, but the smell overpowered the deodorant. We were on the top floor. We then moved to a room on floor one. It was not clean, there was hair in the dishes, a previous occupants dirty underwear left in the bathroom, the wall had liquid splotches on it, there was NO toilet paper in the rom when we arrived, no iron either. The shower hardware moved off the wall, we worried it would fall out while bathing. The pull out mattress had questionable stains on it. We were just above a small restaurant which played music until 10pm. We used the stovetop fan to mask the noise. Overall, I would not stay here again it looks great in photos, but this is hotel is very worn! The employees were attentive to our needs for items missing and the dirty underwear, but these experiences should not have happened in the first place.
