really bad service that we received. room service was terrible. Cold food was served and no credit was given a paid hundred dollars on food which was never refunded the morning. Breakfast was also very average.  long wait hours when you order the food . Reception staff was not at all helpful

Good location. If you want to stay in the middle of market. Breakfast was not so delicious.

Location in great. However sometime reception service is very slow specially if you want to contact them by phone. Almost next to impossible. They don’t even pick up the phone at reception

My first impression of this hotel was great. The staff at the check-in counter were so friendly that I felt like I was meeting an old friend. The hotel is a little old, but it has been renovated and is very nice. I prefer this boutique hotel over a large one. It is very comfortable.

It is an old-looking hotel. The breakfast is classic Middle Eastern cuisine. There are other business places in the hotel, such as massage parlors, pizza shops, cake shops, etc. Sometimes there are many people at noon and in the evening, and you have to wait for a long time for the elevator. There are no other problems.

The room was spacious and clean. People coming out of the pool would come into the hotel still wet, so I felt they needed to control their movement.

Business trip, close to work, overall OK. Because there was no room, the front desk upgraded the suite. The suite was good. I don't know about other room types. Breakfast was average, Indian cuisine. Overall OK

The room facilities may be a bit old, but the cleanliness is still very good. It is very close to the old town. I hope I can stay there again next time if I have the chance.

The hotel, environment and food of the local Indian and Pakistani people are not acceptable to Chinese people. The room is dark and it is inconvenient to travel around. It is not refundable after booking, not recommended.
