Stayed at JA beach Hotel for our wedding anniversary Aug 23rd. We enjoyed the stay alot.. It was a great experience and location is awesome.From the entrance of the hotel onwards we received a nice hospitality by Nilantha and Jianna from reception makes our checkin very fast.Once reached room got a surprise anniversary cake and nice decorated bed. Room was very nice and comfortable. Enjoyed pool bar and Basil was good in service.. Ghulam and mark antony was also very helpful with us. All the staff are very friendly. Night we orderd in room dining food and it was very tasty. My daughter liked the pool and enjoyed alot there.. Special mention to all engineering team and housekeeping team to keep the place beautiful as always.. Few areas noticed to improve is bathroom amenities bottles are very difficult to use. It is very hard and couldn't get the shower gel/shampoo etc properly. Also breakfast buffet there was no indian options only one item Rajma curry was disgusting.. I checked with chefs is there any other options but they told only this item available and they are not even botherd to offer with any suggestions which makes us feel bad.. Totaly it was an excellent stay and enjoyed the wonderful ambience with my family on our wedding anniversary.

Having just returned on Friday after spending a week with the family (2 teen boys) I could not recommend this hotel enough. Whilst the hotel and ALL the facilities are 5 star, having the right personnel is paramount……….and you wont be disappointed at The Fairmont. Despite our check in at 4am, the process was made effortless by the staff. Though it was at this time the manger advised us the room we’d booked was not available due to a technical error their side and therefore they would be upgrading us to a suite the following day by 12 noon. The following day after breakfast the on duty manager Anoop Rai came to see us to thank us for our understanding and that our belongings would be moved across later that afternoon. True to his word, we were moved to a junior suite on the 8th floor with beautiful views of both the sea and Dubai Marina. The quality of service continued throughout our stay by all members of staff, though special thanks to both Suity and Jhenelyn on the front desk who were always there to answer any questions and assist with any restaurant reservations. That leads onto the food, Flow Kitchen is the buffet breakfast and evening dinner place and there’s a variety of different cuisine for all to enjoy……..you won’t be disappointed. You’ve then you’ve got the specialist restaurants and we tried a couple the first being the Sea Grill Bistro. Having booked half board, this gave us the set 3 course meal and option to add if we wanted. The portion sizes were good and the food was tasty, from starters (Caesar salad, Kale Salad and Prawns) to the mains (Salmon, Sea Bream and Chicken)…………so one we’d definitely recommend to dine at. The other was Little Miss India, which too did not disappoint with the various kebabs and curries, all of which were VERY tasty and the chef was happy to add the extra spice if required :) Having direct access to your own private beach was great, though we preferred to be pool side of which there are 4 with one being adults only (over 16’s). Finding sun loungers was generally okay, so you didn’t need to wake up super early to put towels down. The pool side team were always to hand to assist if you couldn’t find any and take your orders for any food or drinks. The location of this hotel is good on The Palm is good, lot’s to do around there with the various beach bars/restaurants (some age restricted) though a short taxi ride you can go to Dubai Marina, Atlantis and Bur Dubai. Stick to the yellow metered taxis, even though some of the black ones are metered we were told they’ll still be more expensive. Opposite the hotel on the Golden Mile you’ve got the Nakheel Mall, lots of shops including Waiterose and/or M&S for those feeling a little homesick :) One thing to note when booking, go for the ‘beverage package’ if you enjoy a drink or two. This allows anyone aged 21 or over 2 alcoholic drinks (beer or house wine) with both the red and white being VERY nice. So in a nutshell we’d certainly

The hotel itself is very nice and beautiful. Everything was good, the stuff was helpful, amenities were one of my fav brand so I was very happy. Overall we’ve enjoyed our stay a lot. Just one thing that I should mention is the sockets, in our room they were placed in the most inconvenient places. Like my hair iron couldn’t use in the bathroom area where is the huge mirror and convenient cuz the socket didn’t support it. Also couldn’t charged our phones next to the bed cuz there weren’t any. But other than that all was super nice.

What I can about our family stay in the hotel. It’s like a dream come true. I can’t describe in words. Hotel Service, breakfast, lunch, dinner, restaurant, pubs, sauna, beach, lagoons, pools, buggies, oh my god it was an amazing, better than any other stay in dubai. If someone really want to know about true meaning of luxury and family vacation, then this is the place.

There was a dark-skinned receptionist at the front desk whose name seemed to be Bahab. She was in a bad mood because of a previous guest's complaint. She kept a dark face. I said hello and she didn't respond, which was very rude. In the end, she even said she didn't hear her. My greetings, but she did not say hello from beginning to end, starting an unpleasant journey... The Indian yoga instructor in the hotel is very good... The Indian restaurant is also good, but the price is more expensive...

Lots to do. Great pool, water park for both toddlers and bigger kids which was excellent. Hotel organized activities and shows throughout which was cool. Restaurants were good and good food. However breakfast was terrible. Breakfast was more like 3 star. Unhealthy options. No fresh juices, eggs were not fresh. Hot food option was not good. Kids options was not good. Please improve your breakfast! Staff not so friendly need to be more friendly. Nothing else to do around resort. All construction around Deira island has stopped for some reason. So very hard to find anywhere else to eat or go shopping.

The most beautiful view in Dubai , just amazing !! In front of Ain Dubai, the Marina and the Palm, the view at night is breathtaking ! And if you go ask for Inas : he is the best to welcome you and make you feel at home! Best sense of service And really good food 😋

Had a fantastic stay with my family at the Atlantis Palm. Check in was super easy and reception staff were so polite and helpful. The room was nice and spacious and catered for the family really well. It was well equipped and the beds and sheets were really comfortable. The best thing about the hotel is access to the waterpark which is a must. We had so much fun and we’re not able to go on all the slides in one day so needed to visit it again the next day. Good options are great and not as expensive as one would think. I recommend anyone who goes to Dubai to stay at this hotel it is truly a global icon and it will not disappoint

I can't explain how happy my family was at Raffles hotel Dubai. Fantastic Hotel, Fantastic service, Fantastic food, Fantastic room Choose room Palm view not ocean view which can be a bit noisy as facing road & daytime traffic Overall great experience

I love this hotel, I come here every year because it’s magnificent! I like everything, from the marbles throughout the hotel to the fresh flowers everywhere, from the stunning ones in the lobby to the flowers in the room. The hotel is spotless, even the paths through the gardens. As the Jumeirah property is massive you can easily move around with free buggies or abras. The breakfast fits every taste, there are several cooks stations, fruits, oriental food, continental breakfast, Arabic and much more! Rooms are very spacious, with nice soft carpet, living area with sofa and armchair, a big tv, and a nice bathroom. If you can, book the ocean deluxe rooms, they worth every penny! Waking up in the morning, open the curtains and see the sea, the palms, the abras and the Burj al Arab is wonderful, the view is stunning! The rooms are cleaned twice a day, and I have to mention both the housekeeping manager (l’m sorry I don’t remember his name - rooms 613-614), he greeted us every time he met us asking if everything was ok and if we needed something, and Srinivas, the guy who tidied up our rooms during our stay at the hotel, he was always smiley, asked us several times if we were happy with his work or if we needed something more. Our room was always perfectly clean. Thank to all the staff for making our stay relaxing and special! I can’t wait to come back next year!
