My booking is in June and was just cancelled by Isaacs because of an invalid credit card and would not let me try another payment method. My card is valid so it seems they just wanted to give my booking to someone else. Very poor. I rang the hostel and all they said was sorry and gave me details of a more expensive hostel.

Great customer service…they gave us a free locker when my friend I traveled with thought a bunk was a whole bunk bed instead of just one bed and they were able to get two beds for us the same night. Super friendly staff, decent accommodations for the price and close to transportation.

Mijn reservatie voor begin juni werd éénzijdig geanuleerd door de hostel. Als reden geven ze op dat mijn credit card niet geldig is. Deze is perfect in orde. Contact opgenomen met de bank, maar daar werd geen poging om de credit card te accessen teruggevonden. Gemaild naar het hostel en als antwoord krijg je gewoon dat er geen accomodaties meer zijn voor die dagen. :-(

Prenotazione cancellata senza preavviso e spiegazioni. Se non un "problemi di verifica della carta" poco credibile (ho altre prenotazioni attive con le stesse carte e con le altre strutture nessun problema). Mi sarei aspettato almeno di essere contattato da un operatore prima della cancellazione. Da evitare
