春節一大家子出行，3間房一共住了3晚，非常適合親子，酒店門口免費停車，大廳有小童樂園。每間房都是3張床（一大一小）房間大、空調和地暖超級給力。每一個服務人員都特別熱情，見面就打招呼説“您好”。床品乾淨，枕頭沒有頭油味。每天都補拖鞋洗漱用品（大人小孩的）還有飲用水。全家人私湯泡的很開心，中途換房間換了2次，保潔阿姨也沒有不耐煩，還讓我們慢慢搬。美中不足，春節假期溢價太高了，8號450，10號（大年初一）就963！漲價誇張。早餐太簡單與房價不符。提個意見：放上行李架，洗臉池旁按上掛鈎

房間整理感覺不錯，前台小姐姐很好，我們三大一小住店，還額外給我們贈送早餐卷。
唯一缺點就是樓道有點不隔音，小朋友在外面嬉鬧的聲音很清楚

為了方便滑雪所以選擇這家酒店，服務相當相當相當的差。首先户外的浴池連個燈都沒有，給了我個手電筒。後面説我給你去拿個燈，讓我告訴他房間號，結果一個晚上也沒等到。其次房間的電話怎麼都打不通不知道要個座機有什麼用。最後最氣人的是早上退房，我們都已經在滑雪了，告訴我們房間電視遙控器不見了，讓我賠，開始説的是30，後面又説80，在沒有確定好責任的情況下隨意推卸責任，任意調整價格，罰款。這種沒有良知的民宿希望大家擦亮眼睛。

有一説一，酒店前台包括老闆態度都非常好，有求必應，但是就房間衞生來説不是特別好，孩子在滑梯房和海洋球房間糾結，後來定了海洋球，結果到房間後看到海洋球這麼臟沒辦法玩就換了滑梯房，滑梯房二層上面我擦了兩次才乾淨點，想必是其他孩子穿上鞋子上去玩的，海洋球要及時清洗和消毒，因為海洋球是很容易藏細菌的，抵抗力低一些的孩子肯定會生病，希望加強衞生管理！

已經是第二次來
第一次是和朋友一起訂了這家的私湯，院子比這次更大，房間有泡泡球初級。
這次自己一個人帶娃來所以定了温泉私湯房，房間面積依然不小，兩張床都挺大，户外私湯也很方便。院子裏來個小聚也不錯，配了蛋卷桌露營椅子。孩子們寫作業，我辦公，超長的枱麪連成一片，簡直不要太方便。
另外就是表揚一下服務，忘記帶卸粧油了試探性的問了一下前台，連卸粧油皮筋護理液一應具全。有站在顧客的角度。
孩子也很喜歡這邊，大概是因為大廳的波波池和滑梯吧

酒店前台客服超級好，因為我哋到步比較晚，特意打電話嚟問我哋大概幾時到，幫我哋放定溫泉水，值得一讚，酒店設施幾好有個好大波波池可以俾細路玩，房間好大有親子溫泉，配備小朋友洗刷用品、拖鞋同浴袍，溫泉池超大超正，六個人一齊浸都唔覺得擠逼👍🏻

房間很大，帶娃很合適。有陽台，户外水池夏天能玩水，冬天泡温泉，非常不錯。服務員認真負責有禮貌，贊一個。若能有專門的洗衣乾衣房，體驗更好。酒店位置去都江堰、青城山、熊貓谷都很方便。
