This was an amazing experience. Looking at the star, echos of laughter , sipping some wine etc. The staff and management are very helpful. They are friendly too and they go out of their way to make sure that you are.comfortable. This is the perfect getaway if you want to get away from the big city. It's quiet. And the food they serve you is filling. If you're looking for a different experience this is a great option to look into.

Wonderful camping trip in a luxury tent. Very kind and helpful staff, we communicated via translation apps, but it was no problem. You leave your suitcases in the city and will go to the desert camping site in the evening. Watch sundown and sunrise from the dunes. We were sad, that stargazing was impossible due to clouds. This being in the middle of the desert, there is no shower, so be sure to book another hotel with early check-in the next day. There are a lot of activities, that you are free to join in - or just sit in front of your tent and unwind with a bottle of wine.

A very entertaining and enjoyable stay. Lots to do, food and drink, singing and playing on the dunes. The tent was obviously basic but fine.

Following excellent reviews myself and my group wanted to stay at the site. The promise of an experience in the desert sounded great. The pictures and the price also suggested it would be a premium experience. However even before we arrived there were some issues. The staff seemed quite disorganized and not flexible. We asked to arrive at the site at 5pm but was told we were not allowed to arrive so early as it is too hot. Instead we had to arrive at the office at 7. When we did so the staff seemed confused by our booking of two tents (this happened later also) & informed us we must leave our suitcases in the office. This was not a big ask but we were not informed before so it led to some last minute scrambling to pack things into an overnight bag. The office arranged us a free taxi to the camp site yet we were dropped off at the wrong place. However It was not far from the supposed place as we quickly realised that sites are around 100 meters apart. Already at this moment we realised that this was not a professional organization. Staff, whilst trying to be helpful did not seem to understand what was going on. The area itself whilst beautiful by being in the desert had so many activities on the sand with buggies etc and workers competing to shout on microphones. The toilets were filthy with water not working (it worked the next day) no soap or paper. We waited as we hoped that dinner and the evening might be better. We were told that dinner would be 9.20 & in the shared area. This shared area was with some benches and tables in a car park. Some sensible people brought their own food to eat at the tables by their tent. We were not told of this so we went for dinner as suggested. The meal itself would be hotpot with vegetables and meat that looked poor quality. Those working were very young and the area and food utensils did not look clean. The hotpot arrived at 10.20pm and as we were concerned about the hygiene we decided we would not eat. The manager, who was nice, was apologetic for it being so late so offered us some steak. Again due to the quality of what we had seen so far we decided it was better to decline. He then kindly offered to give us a free ride on the buggy in the morning. Unfortunately the evening sleeping in the tent was no better. Our tents were in between two music tents on different sites which competed for noise till 11pm. The buggies continued to race around the dunes and site till 2am whilst workers spoke loudly in the communal area till even later. To sum up, if you are okay with lots of noise and not expecting quality then this is still an okay experience. However if you wanting a quiet, peaceful evening in the desert then this is not for you.

Not as advertised at all! You do not eat in the desert, you eat in what looks like an industrial estate. If you want a 1am rave in the desert this is for you. If you wanted to be in the desert star gazing and appreciating nature then this is not for you. Quad bikes shining their lights and zooming around your tent until 1am, sleeping on a wooden pallet even though you have paid for a bed. Really disappointed. Could have been exceptional.
