Super location. Directly opposite the airport. Easily accessible by car and train. P1 and P8 are right next to it. Make sure you reserve in time. The spacious room with good beds also has a safe and the windows can be opened. The Mini bar was on our side. But according to information on site, you could have this turned on at reception. Our room had a bath where you could also shower with a good glass shower wall. What I missed was a handle to hold on to when getting out of the bath. Reception staff were all very friendly. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Due to our early check-out, we were able to make free use of coffee/tea and a mini croissant in the hall. We did not use the sauna/swimming pool. I had a quick look and it looked very neat and spacious. Free towels were also available. Will definitely come back if it is available at an attractive price. Booked last minute for 130 👍

I have been visiting this hotel for years to participate in a congress. Unfortunately, I made the mistake to book my reservation directly via the hotel's own reservation. As in times of pandemic, I too have to cancel the journey for a short term in the family. The booking manager was not ready to take back the booking or at least partially repay it despite multiple requests by telephone and email. The reference to the rental costs is also a lip confession, since the house is booked to large congresses and the room is probably double marketed. Of course, this is what is in the AGBs - but it is not up to date when I can cancel this up to 18.00 on the arrival day in the same house via BOOKING. On the question of receipt, the booking manager recommended to send an email to the management. Deceptive and not worthy of a booking manager. Preferably a behavior of a azubis. So you preach stam guests. Sorry, because the years before I was always used in advance.

The hotel is relatively new, the surrounding environment is good, the breakfast is rich, the service attitude is very good, very professional, you can print for free, send a kettle to the room, the room is cleaned better, very suitable for business trips. There are Chinese restaurants, basketball courts, tennis courts, football fields, etc. around, and it is very convenient to go to the city.
Sheraton Duesseldorf Airport Hotel

It is one of those peculiar hotels that serve one purpose only - in this case it is staying for one night when you change planes. The hotel offers everything that is necessary in this case - it is located across the street from the airport, you really can't miss it (the route is well marked all the way). It offers quiet rooms with no view and (probably, my plane was very early so I missed it) breakfast in the morning. I can't comment on how it looks from the outside as I arrived at night and left before dawn but also because it is located on the top floor of a multilevel car parking.

Me and my friends came to Dusseldorf for the Lady Gaga Show and we booked two roomes at this hotel. First of all we asked for the upgrade on both but only received it on one room. We also asked for a extra bed for one room and when we checked in we got charged and we asked if the bed were there and they told us yes but it wasn’t. We had to go down again. Later I went down and asked the staff if we could borrow champagne glasses which never have been a problem at any hotel for me. The man in the staff said yes and asked us to go to the bar and asked the bartender. I asked the bartender, a man with long dark hair in a manbun and a facemasked kindly if we could borrow the glasses and he very rudely asked what we would do with them. Drink champagne of course? He gave us the glasses but didn’t look happy about it. We bought two bottles of champagne, one to share to celebrate that we were there and one for after the Lady Gaga show. The day after was a sunday so everything in germany is closed so after many hours out on the streets I went back alone to the hotel to eat some food. I went to the bar and he was standing there. When I came to the bar he started talking to his colleague and ignored me, I think he talked about me but I don’t understand german. After one minute he looked at me and I smiles and said hello but he just looked at me and with a angry tone asked where his glasses were. I started telling him that they were at the room and that we’re going to use them again but he interrupted me and asked me if I still are staying at the hotel. Yes why would I otherwise been standing in front of him? I didn’t say that but asked if they served food and he just told me “yes that’s why we have a menu here” and just threw the menu on the table in front of me. I didn’t see the menu before otherwise I wouldn’t asked. He turned around and started doing something else and I felt so mistreated and uncomfortable so I didn’t even dare to place the order so I just go and didn’t eat anything before the day after. I went to the Gaga-show and when me and my four friends who also lived at the hotel came back around 1am, SO happy after the amazing show where we greeted by this man screaming from the other side of the lobby. “I NEED MY GLASSES BACK TOMORROW!!!” he screamed. No hello or anything. He scared us so much so we went down directly with the glasses and couldn’t drink the champagne. Whe didn’t feel safe at all sleeping in the same hotel as this man so we started to search after other hotels but it was to late and we were going home in the morning. One of my friends didn’t even feel comfortable to go to the breakfast in the morning due to this man. I don’t now why he hated us from the start. I guess he’s a homophobe by the way he looked at us and greeted us. Don’t now why a man who hate homosexuals works with costumer service. I wouldn’t recommend anyone from the LGTBQ+ community to stay here or say that this hotel were a safe place for us as long as this man
