Although the weather didnt allow us to enjoy the beach and grounds it was beautifully maintained. The day manager was friendly and very helpful. Our only minor complaint qould be the thermostat had a wide temperature swing resulting in lots of manual adjustments.

The view Grand Traverse Bay was beautiful. Large bright rooms and hallways. Very clean. Hostess was warm, welcoming, and helpful. Definitely will return!

The ladies at the front desk were delightful. There were warm cookies every night at 7. The view from the room was gorgeous and overall it was a nice experience.

The view from our room was beautiful, the room was very clean, comfortable beds, friendly desk staff. The breakfast was fresh and delivered to our room. Overall I would recommend this hotel and we would go back.

We had a lovely time! The beach was extremely clean. Our room was great- zero complaints. Looking forward to coming back!

Room was great except the fan for the ac/heat was loud even when set on low. Staff was great and made cookies every night. A bagged breakfast was delivered to our room every morning.
