All staff members that we met were friendly, especially Roxanne. We stayed there in Jan & we were pleased with the parking lot being kept as clear of snow & ice as Mother Nature allowed. Our room was really nice & we loved the view of the harbor.

We stayed in the penthouse, it was a really nice room. Could use some updating and furniture on the balcony, but overall was a pleasant stay!

It was absolutely amazing. The room was nice and clean. Maintenance man was absolutely fabulous. He brushed off my truck and shoveled around it.

Breakfast is only grab and go with prepackaged options. Jets in "jetted tub" did not work.

If I knew there wouldn’t be hot water, I’d just have gone bathed in Grand Traverse Bay. Thankfully I was only there one night.

Loved the jetted tub in the room. It was really relaxing and the view of the beach was nice. The room was quiet and that was great.

Nice place, room was nice. Bed ok. Traffic noise in the bedroom because the window is not sealed properly/ broken. Looks like the window was broke, fixed, but not right.
