Pros: Perfect location with a good river view.
Cons: The parking lot isn't accessible without asking the hotel staff about its location ( Off-site parking in a maze full of one-way streets)
Another point to mention is: THE WALLS ARE VERY THIN AND NOT SOUNDPROOF. We woke up at 2 AM because the next door room were hooking up loudly! Also, in the toilet you can enjoy chatting with the other room toilet visitors if you wish( Exactly as we are sharing place together).

We chose a non smoking room which for us was floor 1. We smelt a lot of smoke. The towels, bed, dressing gowns smelt of smoke. The bed was comfy and clean and the location is great. Some of the furniture had cigarette burns. The bath wasn’t clean I had to clean it myself. The shower was very poor pressure and the head did not work properly however the water was hot. The breakfast seemed like it wasn’t fresh. Staff were very friendly I wouldn’t stay here again which is a shame because there was a lot of potential however there are just too many issues.

I like this hotel because of some points 1. Excellent location in the center close to a lot of shops cafes restaurants. 2. lovely staff always smiling and try to help as they can. 3. the suite has a lovely view on the river.

Çalışanların güler yüzlülüğü ve ilgisi çok güzeldi. Odamız temiz ve düzenliydi. Yatak ve yastıklar rahattı. Oda dışarıdan vs ses almıyordu. Huzurlu güzel bir ufak tatil olmuş oldu.Her şey için teşekkür ederiz.

Otel çok ama çok pis yatakta kan lekesi var, banyoları çok kötü, odada ağır bir rutubet kokusu var, duş başlıkları kötü durumda, otelin kahvaltısı içler acısı, kısaca bu otele bu ücret ödenmez, otel düzeltilmez, otel en yakım zamanda düzeltilir umarım
