Tasigo is a beautiful hotel with unique design. They have a beautiful spa one of the best i have ever seen. Their food is excellent, their staff are kind and professional most of them they know english. Before visiting this hotel i have mixed reviews, some were saying that they do not know english which is not, they are not fluent but they understand ، other reviews mentioning that there is no tooth brush and you need to pay. What i discovered that the owner of this hotel is an ethical person he does not want to harm the environment, no plastic bottles. Even the straw is not plastic. Tooth brush is there wooden with cost price, their prices of massage are very reasonable approximation best in turkey. Eskisahir is a beautiful place tasty food river lovely people prices are cheaper that other places in turkey in addition to cold weather. Their main restaurant for dinner is very slow service but their food is brilliant Breakfast is nice but needs improvement in more variety and changing the food. Almost everyday is the same. Melisa is such lovely helpful and professional in breakfast area. Special thanks to Mr Fateh spa manager he is super helpful and professional i have also noticed that he treats his staff in a very professional and friendly way. He is great person also special thanks to zayneb and Gamze. Gamze was so helpful in booking and changing our appointment with welcoming manner. Also in reception area Mr Anil and Orkan very professional and fast and over helpful. I love this hotel. Am still staying for two nights more. Well done staff and management will love to come back to this beautiful place.

Not serious, no spa, changing rates 😢 as of the good wishes of Front desk manager...Management and general management not willing to improve their premise by talking with VIP guest...Hiding??? Not willing to implement Wyndham procedures??? But by taking their franchise, they need to listen and most importantly to comply... Essential Amenities missing from supposedly the ”presidential suite”, Need heavy training, from general management, to staff...Indeed, I would not recommend this destination to any Elite Wyndham member, nor to guests that have a thorough knowledge and experience 😉 in real hospitality by Wyndham...It is a shame for the Wyndham brand to allow franchises to such under trained premises....Please do not allow such motels to play with a reputable brand that should, nevertheless, keep certain standings...

As soon ad you enter the hotel you have a feeling of cleanliness, light, tasteful decoration. The personel at the reception is always smiling and very helpful. Yasemin gave us wonderful advice for discovering Eskişehir. The rooms are perfect. Hygiene is a priority. The room size is very good, the bathroom area spacious and the bed very comfortable. Every personnel you meet in the corridor, reception, breakfast area is smiling and welcoming. Breakfast is very good, I particularly appreciated the mask and glove measure for the open buffet. Parking is a very appreciated feature. All in all, I strongly recommend Dedeman Eskişehir.

The hotel staff are clean with faces. The hotel rooms are clean. About 5 minutes. The hotel rooms serve as breakfast, the breakfast is made in the table, but the table is not always packed and processed. Tomatoes and salads are not even enough. We didn't eat. Even the high-soiled workers are wiping the corridors on the doors and talking very loudly to each other. They don't warn their children in the customer. And most importantly, you can't listen to the noise of the room when wedding is under the hotel. Most importantly, you can't find your car in the little parking.

I separated a room for one night for two persons, 28 square metres from one of the hotel search sites except breakfast. The pictures were wonderful, the comments were very beautiful. I called and confirmed a few days before I arrived at the hotel since I found the right price. It was said that I found a room very suitable for the normal prices on the site I bought, but it wasn't a problem. However, then we went to the hotel, we were welcomed in a very funny way, we talked, meanwhile, they said they could give room with one bed, while I had a single bed for two people, they said that it was a big depth in their bed, We also accepted the bottom of the night. I share the pictures and leave the comment on it to you. If I'd like to talk about other details, it was on the roof. There was no air conditioning, they put a ventilator, we couldn't work from the noise. The door of the balcony was a difficult closed room. The bathroom had no liquid soap but we told them they assured. The cleaning was good for such a hotel. The lift is not going up to the roof, you have to use a staircase. It's 10 minutes away from the train station walking well. Furthermore, we managed one night, but I don't think I'll prefer it again.

Otel çalışanları yardımsever ve güler yüzlü . Tertemiz bir otel. Junior suit odada ailem ile beraber (2 çocuk) çok rahat bir şekilde konakladık. Oda yeterince büyüktü. Otelin kahvaltısı şu ana kadar konakladığım oteller arasında en güzeliydi. Açık büfe ama yiyecekler çok lezzetli ve kaliteli. Çalışanlar tarafından sürekli biten yiyecekler yenileniyor. Tekrar Eskişehir'e gidersem konaklayacağım bir otel. Gönül rahatlığıyla sizlerde bu oteli deneyebilirsiniz. Otelin tek eksi yönü; otoparkının olmayışı. Ama yakınlarında bir çok otopark mevcut. Bu durum bizi hiç etkilemedi (havaların soğumaya başlamasına rağmen) Ailem adına tüm otel çalışanlarına gösterdikleri ilgi ve alaka için ayrı ayrı teşekkür ederim

Bir daha Eskişehir’e yolumuz düşerse asla farklı bir alternatif aramam. 1- otele girişte bizleri karşılayan beyefendi inanılmaz güleryüzlü ve kibardı (adını sormayı antladım genç arkadşımızdan özür:) 2- odaların büyüklüğü gayet güzel ve oda sıcacıktı 3- otelin heöen altında yer alan pub ve çalışan ekip konaklama deneyimimizi bir üst seviyeye çıkardı o kadar keyifli bir ambiyans var ki 2 günümüzde de uğradık, fiyat performans çok başarılı 4- otel kahvaltısı standart şehir oteli ayarında, doyurucu ve yeterli 5- odaya servis ve bilardo ekstra keyifli 6- otelden ayrılırken Sude hanım’ın içten ve güleryüzlü tavrı burayı tekrar tercih etmemizde büyük etken, ayrıca teşekkür:) Tüm personel harika!
