We were in Eugene for a Convention. I stayed in the motel room most of the time alone. Never was I scared or afraid. I felt very safe. The room was VERY CLEAN. The bathroom was great. We had enough room and never felt boxed in. I amazed how you never heard any of your neighbors flushing toilets or the shower running. Thank you for this great room. Prices were wonderful

We stayed here to see a concert at the McDonald Theatre just down the street. We really liked the room and free breakfast. The separation between the bedroom area and bathroom area is one of the best ever. The front desk clerk was very nice. The hotel is very conveniently located in downtown Eugene. We would give it 5 stars, but the bed was just a bit too firm.

The hotel is close to the high-speed, navigation is easy to find, as a way to take a break from Vancouver to San Francisco, the American breakfast is simple but the fruit is fresh, especially the strawberries are very good, the green leaves are hard. There is also homemade waffles, son super love, very good stay experience. Consider staying on the return trip.

My stay was pretty much perfect at the Candlewood. At check in the front desk agent Crystal was so delightful and very helpful, she made sure to exceed our expectations, right from the start we felt very welcomed! A big shout out to Crystal for doing such a great job and being extra helpful with all our questions!!Our room was very clean and tidy, spacious and a great view from the free upgrade we received at check in. Only place we stay when we are in Eugene Oregon. Love everything about Hyatt Place Oakway Center Eugene. Breakfast is awesome, room was really clean. They sent text messages prior to arriving to make sure if we needed anything prior and checked up on us during our stay. For sure we are returning.
