我們是來旅遊的，計劃連住兩天。當我們要求前台送一些物品時，明明清單上有這些東西，前台卻稱沒有了。我們表示質疑，如果沒有，為何要標註出來呢？能否讓酒店補充貨品並送來呢？然而，前台給出的解決辦法是店長不在，無法操作，此後也沒有提供相應的解決方案。更離譜的是，那些根本沒有送來的東西，APP 上卻顯示已送達完成。此外，入住時房間的電話機損壞，網絡電視也有故障，房間衞生狀況不佳。由於太累了，我們也就沒有追究。我們一直選擇華住旗下的酒店，這家店的情況實在令人尷尬，前台的服務態度也非常糟糕。説實話，無論旅遊還是出差，我們都住華住會酒店，但這次是最差的體驗。之後，我們會向華住會旗下公司反映這次的情況。另外，不要因為品牌做大了，就忽視服務質量。

酒店設施挺新的，也很完善，看簡介是21年開業的，也很乾凈，特別是衞生間、洗手枱這種，觀感很好，房間隔音也不錯，不受打擾。工作人員的態度也很好，幫免費升了房型，第二天的早餐還有熱乾麪符合當地特色。總之，一次不錯的旅程。

酒店的服務很差，晚上洗衣服，讓前台洗完之後幫我放烘乾機烘一下，結果第二天早上我去拿衣服的時候，衣服還在洗衣機裏面，沒有給我烘乾。後面自己放烘乾機裏面烘了一下，讓前台烘完後幫我收一下。後面拿到衣服的時候，衣服都沒幹，沒乾的衣服前台一樣給我收了，一點服務意識都沒有。

總得來説一般，服務有待提高，尤其是前台待客，太過於專業，讓住客沒多少好感。攜程訂的單，訂單裏有客人的可以享受的權益，比如早餐券或升級房型等。酒店應做到主動告知客户，讓客户選擇。而不是在客户知道自己訂單裏的權益想要享有的時候，還得告知酒店前台討要訂單裏的權益，而前台還各種不情願各種條條框框的限制，不讓客人享有訂單裏該有的權益。最終客人不得不通過攜程客服解決問題。一直聽朋友説漢庭很好，沒住過。這次住了下，説真的，漢庭真沒如家商旅做的好，房間地板翹了也沒維護，房間標禁煙，一開房間門，全是煙味兒，這家的服務我確實不敢恭維。
