The first night I checked into the hotel, the air conditioner in the room I was assigned was loud, like a roaring generator (you can watch the video). The hotel had known about the problem with the air conditioner in this room for a long time, but they didn't fix it, and the room was full and they didn't have to change it, which led to the second Hardly slept a night. We agreed to change rooms the next morning, but we were asked to move to a new room immediately. The reason was that if we came back at night, it would delay the hotel from selling this room with a loud air conditioner. Excuse me? ? ? Is it really just about money and not caring about customer experience? We were worried that if we didn't move immediately, we would have to stay in a room with a loud air conditioner at night. It would be difficult to book a hotel anywhere during the National Day holiday, so we would have to delay our schedule and move. Finally, the front desk promised to refund part of the money the night before, but afterwards completely refused to accept the refund, and Ctrip had to come forward to coordinate. In short, this check-in experience is really terrible. Not to mention the average accommodation conditions in all aspects, the hotel's unprofessional communication, not putting customer experience first, and the behavior of only putting interests first without making any concessions is really unacceptable. Also, thanks to that bed, it was so hard that I experienced what a hard bed is all over again after more than ten years.

This hotel has been staying for the fourth time. This time I booked a mahjong room. It may be that Ctrip is very cheap to do activities. The waiter who comes to the front desk at night is still the girl who used to recognize the weaving. The service is the same as the cordial reception. Asked me if I would like to have a late night snack. The hotel delivered soy milk and package. Because I just finished eating, I went to the room without asking. I entered the room and felt like I had stayed in the past. It was clean and hygienic. I saw coffee on the plate with tea cups. Free, a room with more than 100 yuan includes breakfast, free supper, mineral water and coffee, it’s worth it. Parking is free. The room is on the 26th floor with beautiful scenery and good hygiene. Sleeping at night is very quiet and comfortable. I will stay here next time.

酒店門口有停車場停車方便，離中心伏波路不遠，走路過去有很多吃的，房間不錯夠大夠衞生，早餐簡單了一點，建議花樣搞多一點不要怕浪費，不要因為少人住就搞簡單了，那樣會惡性循環的，衹要口碑好了自然會有人來的，希望能改進，前台小姐姐服務不錯還送了小禮物，點贊

房間寬敞明亮，衞生乾淨整潔，前台服務很好，耐心解答問題，客房服務員還幫洗了衣服，不用自己動手，真的太讚了，交通方便 ，距離美食街又近。視野好，安靜，床很舒服，雙床是2個1.5米的床，性價比真的很高。
