非常滿意，一家出行。民宿在景區內，導航容易找到。電話後，工作人員服務好，到門崗來接，還幫忙提行李。房間和圖片無差異。早餐種類多，南瓜粥、豆漿、麪點、蒸土豆，還有特色小菜佐餐。安靜、衞生，舒適，親子套房性價比高。真心推薦。

在南天湖景區內，整體服務還挺滿意的，有求必應，而且早飯也能接受，增加一份15快，感覺定價也還算合理，算是處處宰人的景區內少有的慰籍了。由於一家人一起出來實在不太好找合適的房間，所以這個家庭套房也就成了最終選擇，衹能説勉強夠四個人住😓，唯一不足就是這間房可能是這一片民宿區裏距離景區最遠的房了，車子停在停車場要走個10多分鐘才能到房間…

原本是帶着小朋友來露營，預備個酒店，方便小朋友。定的他們家特價大床房，就有預期肯定室內沒得豪華的的好哈，畢竟是他們家最便宜，200多。但是一到房間，看到情況，還是相比網圖差距很大，而且房門哈還是拿小鑰匙帶一把鎖鎖的那種，想試問正常的酒店也好名宿也好，有這樣的麼！房間就把第二天的續住立馬退了。房間的洗漱用品等，都沒有放，完全就是一間平時不對外的房間，高峯期才臨時拿出來的，一看就是店員守夜住的房間！因為真的房間看起很惱火。晚上給老闆説要熱水，他很乾脆的給我説沒得，燒水壺都給其他客人了，我瞬間無語了，我是客人啊來住酒店的，難道是來你們那家做客的麼，不是花錢的那種麼，結果等了很久，不曉得哪裡給我找了個過來。原本沒想過給差評，但是現在必須要個説法！店家太過分了！#房間設施#衞生#服務

選擇這套房子，看上的就是它環境還不錯，連排小別墅，而且周圍也還可以，到處是鮮花，但是我們一家三口到了景點後，開車轉了好多圈都沒找到這民宿在什麼地方。對公路沒有一個明顯的小區標誌，打的招牌和我網上訂的時候的不一樣，訂房間的時候説有風扇沒有空調，其實根本啥都沒有，想泡個方便麪電水壺裡外又臟又有味道，弄得我家準備的方便麪，酸辣粉根本沒水泡。配置很簡陋，房間裏的就不敢恭維了，裏面衞生很一般，傢俱，陳設比較陳舊，門都是鬆動的，外面陽台居然沒有護欄，具有一定的安全隱患，客廳沙發比較舊還有點臟臟的，卧室床單上我仔細看還有點臟，類似血還有鐵銹的東西，幸好我自己帶了一次性床單否則真不敢睡，前台離我們房子很遠，基本沒有什麼服務可言，除了離湖稍近和房子外環境好點之外，別的真不好！300多的價格還不如豐都新城的200普通酒店的房間陳設和環境！不值

房間都是套間，很寬敞，床很大，這個房間我們住的3個人，實際感覺可以住5個人，包早餐，位置屬於景區裏，離南天湖電頻車乘車點大約六七百米，老闆知道我們有長者，還升級了房間，整體感覺不錯

別墅區很漂亮，一片花海，入住環境清幽，套房寬敞，可以打麻將。去湖邊景區步行，要16分鐘。喜歡散步拍照的真的可以住這邊。喜歡熱鬧的可以住湖邊

鋪蓋還是厚了點，對年輕人來説的話洗澡間的出水口應該整下，洗澡時全都淹了，流出水太慢，其他方便還是不錯
