酒店周圍都是綠水青山，環境超放鬆！
工作人員也很友好，酒店有泳池，幸運的是第二天早上新換的水，孩子玩的很放鬆
房間大小還可以，水流也可以！
晚上太陽下山前，在村子裏轉轉， 走上一大圈， 很清爽 很安寧，美極了。適合出來放鬆的家庭遊

房間內沒有熱水，打電話給前台那邊也是先派人過來搶修，但是問題我們入住當天已經晚上12點多了，等修完再洗澡都要幾點了？在我們強烈要求下才換了房間，雖然最後解決了，但是這個問題壓根不應該出現，導致當天洗漱完非常晚了，完全乾擾了第二天的行程安排。而且打電話給店長態度也很冷漠。

目前住過最差的，沒有之一。999一天的價格，遠就不説了，空調不暖，被子很薄，早上竟然沒有熱水洗漱，原來訂了2晚，馬上退房走人。沒有下次，誰去誰後悔系列。

在攜程網找了好久，遂前往，果真名不虛傳！真的條件非常好，服務非常棒！住酒店可以直接去老家苗寨參觀遊覽，不要買票，屬於村集體經濟入股，盤活閑置宅基地，沒想到一次普通的旅遊，竟然助力了湘西，助力了鄉村振興，你我同行！感謝，真的不錯，再接再厲，辛苦了！

房間設施完備，非常乾淨，民宿內環境也非常優美！！！老闆和前台小姐姐人都好好！每個工作人員都非常熱情。餐廳飯菜也很好吃。體驗極佳！喜歡這種老闆與客人沒有距離的民宿。在景區內部，大多數要求老闆都會滿足，會主動為客人着想。對比人多的鳳凰古城，來此一住我認為更值得。享受遠離商業化，嘈雜的城市。希望老闆以後發展越來越好。諸事順遂！

房間很大，舒適，衞生也不錯，孩子很喜歡。適合家庭，朋友出遊。距離古城也不太遠，但比古城清靜很多，環境也棒棒噠，很喜歡。最重要的是店長很熱情，還很樂意耐心幫我們解決各種問題，有機會還會再去！

民宿房間還是不錯的，湖景房大落地窗很舒服。整體環境也很安靜，很適合減壓解乏。民宿管家也很熱情，會告訴周邊都有哪裡可以去逛逛的。
