Check in was easy. The room was spacious but very dirty. Amenities are quite old, leaks in the toilet, hard bed. The toilet and room had stink of cigarettes even though it was a “non-smoking” room. Very noisy, busy street nearby and sound insolation isn’t great. Location is ok, about 30 mins walk to Fenghuang ancient town.

The room facilities are not very new, but they are quite complete. The hotel is in a good location, close to the Maglev Lansheng Station and not too far from the ancient city. The room is in good condition. The front desk staff has a good service attitude. There is an underground parking lot and free parking.

Very bad!!!
