房間很新，傢俱都是新的，洗衣機冰箱空調洗手枱飲水機都有。沙發躺着也舒服。價格也不貴，超級推薦，如圖。

1.完全沒有職業素養。預訂的意義在哪裡？什麼叫預訂？我給了錢就有一晚房間的使用權，酒店就應該幫我保留房間到第二天的退房時間，先到先得又算什麼？2.不講誠信，態度惡劣。我凌晨在酒店樓下等着，老闆直接忽悠我説下來幫我看訂單，過了20分鐘都沒有下來。是的我作為一個外地旅客，20多歲，凌晨直接被豐順這家公寓放了飛機然後在大街上找棲身之處！！後來到第二天也沒有任何道歉和關心的電話，把客人的安全置之度外！3.酒店安全保障在哪？去到酒店門口的時候，大門敞開，然而整個前台烏漆麻黑，一個人都沒有！這完全就是一件沒有任何安全保障的公寓樓，誰都能進去，房間被外來人撬門呢？客人被尾隨呢？？試問酒店能不能承擔起這個責任？這樣誰都能進的公寓樓，我很慶幸我沒有住進去。試問你們同程的酒店入門檻在哪？管理監管在哪？4.拒絕入住後把我登記為“已入住”。昨晚剛泡完温泉，頂着一頭滴着水的頭髮，被這家黑心公寓拒絕入住後凌晨在路邊臨時找其他的棲身之地，感冒了！現多次與同程溝通，可惜同程一直站在商家角度，堅決不按消費者保護法第55條規定對我賠償，在我不滿意處理方案的情況下強行結束投訴！
