We spent two days at this hotel it is one minute from the beach there are a few restaurants within five 10 minutes walk. The hosts were very kind to us, we appreciated their kindness and their availability. On the negative side: the building is a bit old, the condition of the paintings inside the apartment and the bathroom should be reviewed.

I stayed in room 11a for 10 days It was terrible… cockroaches, ants, mosquitoes in the room. It was filthy dirty. Air conditioning did not work. No hot water in the shower. The swimming pool was really bad… missing tiles, broken steps into the pool. Bed was not changed for 10 days..they said I had to pay extra for that. The decor was really bad.. needs refurbishment. The management did nothing about my concerns. I had already paid for the room so had no choice to stay. They refused to refund my money so I could go elsewhere. They offered me a free night as compensation… I declined.. 10 days in the hell hole was enough. I would not recommend this place to anyone… especially with children. Dangerous electric wires exposed. Hazardous swimming pool. I stayed in the room from 29 October till 8th November. I made a video which I will post on the flic en Flac Facebook page. Avoid, avoid, avoid. The photos on trip advisor are many years old… the hotel badly needs work before putting guests in the room. It was disgusting.

The property is located half a minute from the sea, is located exactly in front (you cross the road and you are on the beach) and has a private swimming pool for guests. For me it was an alternative solution to the classic tourist villages or luxury structures as they offer a maximum treatment of bed and breakfast (therefore not all-inclusive), some rooms; the family ones also have a kitchenette, then it is located in one of the most beautiful beaches in Mauritius (where people from other villages come to go hiking) so imagine why. In the street of the structure there are a lot of restaurants where you can eat really cheaply, a bus stop right in front, which takes you everywhere always with a few coins (we took the bus to go to the capital Port Louis and we spent 0, 80 € each way, calculating that it is two hours by bus is nothing) As in all things there must be the spirit of adaptation (which sometimes Italians do not have). I highly recommend experiencing the island in an alternative way; Mauritius offers a lot of things to do and see, so it is not worth spending the money on an inclusive all-inclusive but it is worth spending it on excursions and experiencing the island to the full. Congratulations to the Seavilla staff.

Par ou commencer ? piscine : délabré , attention de pas vous blesser par les carreaux manquant Chambre : Tres mal insonorisé , penser à prendre vos bouchons ( voiture , travaux , musique ....) internet : mieux vos ne pas y compter TV "par satellite" : 3 chaines et encore Le petit déjeune : meme dans une station service on déjeune mieux et moins chère la Clim : une sur deux
