服務超差，早上5點多，火警響了，一直響到近8點，酒店沒有解釋，沒有道歉。早餐人很多，幾乎無服務。房子超級老。頂層套房，露台風景好，其他都不行。感覺意大利總體酒店都很差。價格還很貴。

這次歐洲旅行中感覺最好的一家酒店，陽台房，站在陽台觀看整個阿諾河，早上順着阿諾河途徑領主廣場，老橋，到達米開朗基羅廣場。文化氣息滿滿的一座城市。
