The hotel environment is lovely, and the kids really enjoyed it. There's also a Riverside Park nearby, perfect for a stroll. The breakfast was exquisite, and the service team was very attentive.

Came to Foshan with my family for the weekend to enjoy the local food. Foshan hotels are generally quite affordable, so I decided to splurge on the most expensive one, figuring that Midea, being a local company, would offer better service. 1. The room had a musty smell, and the bedding was mediocre. 2. Everything in the minibar was chargeable. 3. The hotel is poorly maintained overall. The wooden room doors are starting to rot and warp. 4. I paid extra for a garden view room, and the 'garden' was laughable. 5. The air conditioning automatically turns off whenever the room door or patio door is opened, which is very inconvenient. 6. The gym was closed and stuffy. 7. The front desk staff were unprofessional. Overall, the experience felt like staying in a budget business hotel, and the service was even worse than what you'd find at Atour or Hanting. While the basic decor was there, it wasn't particularly outstanding. For over 1,000 yuan in Shunde, it certainly wasn't cheap.

The overall design masterfully blends Western Zen with modern aesthetics, featuring warm lighting paired with wooden furniture, and elegant greenery and art pieces subtly accentuating every corner. The ambiance is simply captivating. The garden room I booked was incredibly stunning. Opening the window revealed pavilions, water features, and lush greenery. Waking up to birdsong in the morning and falling asleep to the evening breeze and the scent of flowers made it feel like I was living in a natural sanctuary. The room facilities were comprehensive and refined. The linen bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the toiletries were from a niche fragrance brand, and even the bathrobes had a delicate texture. Every detail showed meticulous care. Service was impeccable. From luggage assistance and patient guidance during check-in to thoughtful care throughout my stay, the staff maintained a gentle demeanor, always responding promptly and attentively. The biggest surprise was the butler service; they not only inquired about my needs in advance but also turned down the bed every evening. Their attentiveness was perfect, being helpful without being intrusive. The breakfast selection was rich and exquisite, blending Chinese and Western dishes, including local specialties and classic meals. The ingredients were fresh and delicious, and the freshly squeezed juices left me utterly satisfied. Whether for a business trip or a leisure vacation, this is an excellent choice with fantastic value for money. It will definitely be my top pick for my next trip!

I like to take this chance to give a shout out to the service of Gabriel Hu. He is very friendly and helpful. Even making us drinks at the bar when the bar staff wasn’t available. In general the service of the staff are good. Two things we got very disappointed was about the room. We smelled cigarette in the toilet from the room next to us. The ventilation isn’t good or they shouldn’t misbehave The gym is a children’s playground. We went there twice and saw at least 2 families with very small children (under 6 years old) were running in the gym. Banging weights, bouncing medicine balls, playing on the treadmill The gym rule simply allow this to happen as it says children under 16 need adult supervision. Just that it is a common sense no babies should be here Can also reflect the problem is that the hotel is lack of children’s room or other leisure facilities Honestly I stay here for the gym and I am so hesitate to come and gym again

Hotel facilities and staffs are excellent. Breakfast was excellent quality and sufficient. If you are on holiday & need a quiet hotel, this is an excellent choice. For me as a business traveller, location is a bit inconvenient but definitely will bring family back for holiday
