Bom, ótima localização

The hotel has a good location, although it is not very beautiful, but it is very comfortable, very clean, with pleasant service, delicious breakfast, the only thing that disappointed me is that parking is charged separately from the stay, it is good to check beforehand of the reservation.

Simple hotel, for those who go shopping and come back just to sleep, clean with breakfast Good morning, large pool but not heated, which makes it impossible to use in winter, paid parking at the hotel. Bus going to Paraguay and Argentina stops at the front, R$12.00.

Good. Amazing breakfast, could start earlier but I understand the weekend being complicated. We liked the location too.

Overall it was good... staff service was 10, very kind and friendly, from reception to cleaning. However, the AP/room was a bit old....dust on the phone, the location was not that good, there were no places nearby for a coffee or dinner...

The rooms in which we were allocated are old, with a strong odor, with floors in poor condition, clogged showers, and finally, the only thing that saved us was the friendliness of the receptionists.

We have been customers for some time and have always liked it, but this last time we were there it left a lot to be desired, old furniture, low flow shower, no hairdryer, no telephone in the room, bad breakfast, old furniture, faulty elevator. Great service, but needs to improve in these areas.

Great location, large and well-equipped room with new air conditioning and 32-inch television with good cable channels. Helpful and polite staff. Breakfast could be improved with more options, especially fruit and natural juices, as there is only powdered drink available.

Apar**ents were clean and the staff service was also great. Breakfast is reasonable and there is no natural juice. The elevator makes an annoying noise and interferes with rest in the room (at least in the room I was in, which was close to the elevator). Obviously the cost of the Hotel is attractive but these points could be improved.

O Hotel é bem localizado, área central da cidade, o café da manhã é ótimo!! Muitas variedades, fomos muito bem tratados. Meus agradecimentos especiais a Kelly e o João Praxedes ambos da gerência do Hotel, foram super receptivos e nos ajudaram com tudo!!

Café da manhã excelente, um bom acolhimento. Estrutura dos quartos, roupas de camas e piscinas ótimas. Recomendo para casal ou com famílias. Funcionários alegres. .Tem estacionamento próprio. Parabéns para o atendimento na recepção.
