건물이 좀 오래되어서 그런지 깨끗하지는 않았어요 침대는 스프링때문에 허리가 좀아파요 엘레베이터도 너무좁고 느리고 한대밖에 없어서 시간이좀걸립니다

該有的設備都有，但整潔度滿差的，櫃台是自助式，24小時都沒有人。
房間密碼鎖的開關不太靈光，輸入正確的密碼後當機，要到櫃檯使用平板打給客服才能解決，客服態度又很不耐煩，不是個太好的體驗。

網上預約會給錯的入住編碼，要致電客服才能解決。
房間也是自助式，不會有服務員幫忙整理房間，私隱度高，使點就是毛巾和紙巾等消耗品，需要致電客服拿。
另外，房間衛生也是一個問題，我和朋友入住時，床底下還有上一位客人留下的糖果包裝，而且塵係大

酒店更像是公寓，有廚房，適合家庭出遊，習慣給五星好評了。就是價格上上午訂的貴，下午降60，不明白這操作，波動太大了，感覺有點怨大頭，建議以後訂的會看好了
