The location is pretty good and many types of rooms to choose from. Convenient and peaceful. The breakfast was tasty. We arrived early morning and the staff offer us the early check-in to clean up ourselves and relax after long flight and long day with extra payment. It was really refreshing. However i found a small cockroach clawing in my room and i killed it by myself.

Room is clean and convenient location. Free rice burger breakfast with drinks taste good. Since it is a smart hotel with self service, minimal hotel staff support are there. They have parking space but would recommend to park in public parking space nearby which is much cheaper

Perfect location! Very close to Hakata Station by walking just around 5 mins. 7-11 / Lawson / Family Mart around the hotel. Love it!! There’re so many place for eating such as Izakaya, Nabe Recommend!!! The bed so comfy, pillows are tooo soft but not that problem

The room was much larger than I expected, exceeding the size of most Japanese hotels. It was also newly renovated and in excellent condition. Fresh towels and trash bags were replaced daily. It's conveniently located quite close to Hakata Station, about a 700-800 meter walk.

The self check-in process was quick and hassle-free. Complimentary water, ice, and toiletries are available at the front desk. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk from Hakata Station. There are several restaurants in the vicinity with very reasonable prices. All in all, it's a fantastic and convenient location.

As a seasoned traveller, there are a few things that is very important to me. Below are the following. Mattress : 8/10 Pillow : 1/10 Cleanliness : 2/10 Sound insulation : 8/10 Service : 4/10 Remarks : There are many things that were just wrong about this hotel. Firstly - when we first arrived to use the bathroom, it reeks of mushiness and dampness in the bathroom that it stinks so badly. Secondly - the pillow was just non-existent. Worst pillow I ever slept in Japan so far. Thirdly - To be honest, the location wasn’t as great as it could be either. Not much amenities nearby.

I stay in couple room. Overall room is clean, the only thing is if u bring 2 large luggage, there is no space for u to open the luggage. Breakfast not bad.

The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk from Hakata Station. The check-in was entirely self-service, and I had a great overall experience. The breakfast at the Hakata branch was also good. The room had a separate wet and dry bathroom area, and luggage storage service is available.

Neat and small room with space to lay luggages at the side. Hotel conveniently located. Cheaper parking can be found nearby hotel. Breakfast is nice.

This hotel was pretty cool with the high tech check in and left luggage. It had less amenities than we expected from a Japanese hotel (mainly re skin care and toner, which we’ve seen in all of the other hotels) but otherwise very clean and nice to live at.

Smart hotel with Alexa feature. Free breakfast available for staying guests. Strategic place to move around the city and it’s walking distance to hakata station is within 10 minutes depending on each different person walks speed

The team has been very responsive even before we started our stay at the hotel. I wrote in to check and confirm my room booking as suggested by friends to do so just in case, and they replied very promptly. Bought a product from Amazon Japan and have it delivered to the hotel with the hotel's permission. The team received it and kept it safely until we arrived. Thank you! Check-in and check-out process via kiosks that support multi-language menu. Easy and fast. No early check-in, but we can drop our luggages at lockers (for regular sized luggages) or at counter for oversized luggages then come back to check-in at 3pm or later. A pity that water has to be collected daily at counter instead of placing them in the room. Also there are no cups, glasses, kettle, oven in the room, you will need to bring your own bottles to fill water at dispenser in common area at check-in level. The launderette, water, ice dispensers, and oven are all good in a small room. Maybe the hotel management can consider separating the oven, water and ice dispensers from the launderette so that clean clothes won't get smelled also partly because the room is really too cramped for all 3 items to be housed together.
