I stayed here for one night. I liked the location because it’s very close to airport. You will take 7-8minutes by car. I want to kindly remind you there was no elevator. Otherwise i would say it is okay for one night.

這家真是無語了，窗外邊是菜地，菜地外邊是工地，工地外邊是高架橋，圖片完全不真實，你看不到海，看不到飛機起降，衹能聽到噪音。他家沒有電梯，招牌是另外一個什麼悦，派克灣是門口地上一個燈管拼的招牌，我覺得是差評太多，多平台多掛幾個名字騙錢的，本來就是機場附近，住宿體驗不好也衹能湊合。枕頭一股老爺們頭油味，相當噁心了。點外賣小哥都找不到他家。他家太噁心了😭😭😭😭😭

住了4天，各方面都挺好的，新裝修的公寓，設備都比較新。老闆人也特別好，一般提出的請求，他基本都會實現。説是公寓，實際是酒店式服務，我晚上11點多了找他們，他們都在。附近打車也非常方便，離海邊近，性價比真的是超級高了。屬於再來會再次入住的。

説是酒店其實就是自建房拿出一層做酒店，設施馬馬虎虎，但服務極差，我是攜程訂的房，轉機晚上九點多到酒店，前台沒有人，好半天電話聯繫來了人辦入住，居然連熱水都沒有，問老闆説是沒有水要現抽水，沒法洗澡。這樣的酒店居然還刷出4.9的評分，不知是攜程的問題還是酒店的貓膩……

跟圖片差距挺大的，有種買家秀的感覺。機場接送不是免費，單程要價40元（10分鐘的路程），經過協商之後變成20元。電梯在維修不能用，行李從四樓搬下來，非常要命。
體驗不好，不推薦。

2環境裝修不錯 通風好 很新 衞生乾淨，聽老闆説都是親
戚幫忙做的 做的很仔細 放心，配置很全，wifi 速度給力這
點必須點贊。3價格很實惠,性價比高。
缺點：1福州機場離市區比較遠50多公里 1個多小時路程
