I reserved a bath with an open-air bath. The feeling of the room was very good, but I felt very uncomfortable because the previous guest had forgotten something in the open-air bath. It also has spider webs. I was so shocked. There is an additional charge of 2000 yen or 3000 yen for using the private bath. It wasn't worth the money and the view wasn't great.

I was at a loss due to the corona sickness, but on my 27th wedding anniversary, I decided to stay at least for a trip nearby. I was very disappointed when I was informed that they could not serve alcohol at dinner due to the state of emergency declaration, but I was very happy to receive a bottle of wine as a gift, telling me to stay at home. The room was quiet with no noise at all. The WIFI environment was also good, and the husband was very pleased with the free service of free tea, two mineral water per person, and one cup of ramen at the end of the night in the refrigerator. Although it was a large public bath, I was able to take a bath without worrying about the dense state I was worried about, and the view from the open-air bath on the roof was very nice. I thought it would be great to have a footbath so couples and couples can enjoy the scenery together. Even at dinner, we had separate seats for each room, so it was safe, and the volume of the food was just right. On the way home, I also received a souvenir of Uzumaki bread. I thought it was a very nice ryokan with a sense of hospitality and welcome everywhere. I really felt that the employees were doing their best through trial and error in this corona misfortune. Please keep doing a good job.

２回目の訪問です 今回もランチと温泉を目的にうかがいました 対応がとても改善されており感心しました 新人と思われるスタッフが一生懸命に説明をしてくれました お客さまの数が多かったですが、外に立つスタッフと連携してスムーズにご案内出来ていました 天気にも恵まれとても満足な時間を過ごすことが出来ました ぜひまた訪れたいと思います

大変素敵なお宿でした！お風呂も綺麗！朝日が見える露天風呂も最高で、お料理もとても美味しかったです！

部屋からの景色が綺麗でした。施設の設備もスタッフの対応も良かったです。夕食、朝食も美味しくてとても満足でした。

ランチと温泉入浴のパックで利用しました 食事はレストランにて末広膳をいただきましたが残念な評価をさせていただきます テーブル毎に仕切られてはいますが個室ではないため隣の声が筒抜けです 大変に騒々しいグループが隣だったので運が悪かったです 空いていたのでひとつおきに案内できなかったのでしょうか またこちらが食事中にも かかわらず大きな音をたてながら夕食のテーブルセッティングをするんです うるさくてしかたない ランチのお客がいなくなってからやればいいじゃないですか まったく気が利きません 屋上の露天風呂は大変に解放感に溢れるものでしたが脱衣場のセキュリティーが無さすぎます 女性は安心して入ることが出来ません 大浴場は広くて眺めもいいのですがうるさいグループに遭遇してしまい早々に引き上げました 休憩の客室は昭和なのはいいとしても清掃が出来ていません 唯一、貸し切り風呂だけは良かったです 静かに楽しめました 色々と改善が必要な宿でした

久々に行こうとしていたが、連れの仕事で到着が遅れることになり夕食の時間が記載より1時間早い時間を指定され、あえなくキャンセル。分かるけどさ、その辺どーにかしとけよ。一応契約なんだから。 どーでもいいが、やはりご縁がない宿になったなすえひろ。 電話の受付も一言もないからな、迷惑な客は結構ですって感じ。はいはい、迷惑な客ですよね〜、二度と予約するか。
