房間裏沒有聯繫電話，樓層也沒有。 沒有一次拖鞋，提供的塑料拖鞋散發著惡臭。 房間地毯又臟又舊。

美水酒店在甘泉的中心位置，生活方便，衞生和環境都還不錯，性價比超高。另外攜程上標註房間15平方米，實際感覺比有些標註30平方的還要大。不足就是停車場有點遠。早餐就這個價格乾淨吃飽就行了。

房間臭臭的，當時看評論説有這個情況，還想能臭到哪裡，結果真臭，房間臭，衞生間臭。早餐路過過道臭。到達甘泉很晚了，問路人説最好的酒店就這裏了。停車也不方便，拖着行李走一段路。房間窗户沒有紗窗，異味開窗進來很多蚊子，晚上被咬糊了。再也不敢住的地方。抽煙的人也多。
但是價格真便宜啊，挺多局裡局氣的人也住這裏。

走廊看起來很高級，兩邊鏡面。房間大小也還可以，窗户能打開，斜對面是廣場。衞生間稍微有些舊，不過該有的都有，能住的狀態。被子上有一捏捏臭味，不知道哪出來的。
外面的一條街都是政府的各種部門，想找吃飯的小飯館有點難。往東走有個路口賣水果的比較多，也不貴。想吃飯去酒店後面那條街上，正門的街上沒有吃的。
晚上大車太多了有點吵，睡得不是很好
甘泉的温度還不錯，很涼快。人也很好
車停在對面巷子裏，有免費停車場，走的時候找前台開票就能出車

房間大小適中，雖然開業多年，但設施保護很好，感覺蠻新，衞生也不錯。性價比高。停車不方便，停車幾分鐘辦理入住，交警就來短訊警告。酒店沒送水，沒有餐巾紙，服務不夠貼心。
