為了玄宋城旅遊文化去逛逛，想找一個老城當中位置比較便利的酒店，最先在攜程網上訂了山水大廈，家裡人嫌那個位置不好，就換到了這個贛南賓館，去鬱孤台古浮橋還是比較便利的，訂的温馨雙床房，前台小姐姐給免費升級到一號樓，這是政府接待賓館年份比較久，所以設施比較陳舊，但房間很大，早餐品種也比較，整體感覺還是不錯的！

酒店地處鬧市區，在釣魚台小吃街旁邊，離江南宋城文化旅遊景區也不遠。酒店設施齊全，衞生環境都不錯，我們在攜程上定的8號樓，到賓館登記時正下着大雨，聽到我們兩位長者拿行李不方便，經理給我們升級了離停車場最近的樓房和房間。讓人感到很温暖。前台小姐服務熱情，早餐品種很多，入住體驗很好給予點贊👍

非常不錯 住和行都很方便，老城區，離灶兒巷和城牆以及浮橋很近，一路上很有生活氣息，古蹟也保存很不錯，賓館的早餐也是很豐富

必須五分，在市中心，交通方便，有停車場，樓下就是老字號老字食堂，旁邊釣魚台小吃街，五一三間房住兩個晚上，早餐可以，200多性價比高的很了，小朋友東西漏了，寄回廣州，還有小禮品和水果送，服務好，就是蚊子多

位置交通：酒店始建於1954年，位於贛州市中心，步行到釣魚台美食街約5分鐘，到福壽溝博物館和江南宋城歷史文化旅遊區各約20分鐘。酒店由多棟不同風格的多層樓組成，院內園林式佈局，蒼枝翠柏，綠樹成蔭，環境寧靜優雅，停車十分方便。
房間設施：入住的8號樓位於院內剛入門處。服務員給升級了房型，房間不大，設施雖不算新，但勝在維護良好。三星級該有的設施基本都配備，除了沒有小冰箱。
衞生：不愧是星級賓館，衞生做得相當不錯，乾淨整潔。
服務：總體滿意，能及時響應和滿足客户需求。
早餐：沒有訂購含免費自助餐的房間，早餐是在樓下隸屬賓館的小吃店，店內早餐品種多樣，價格實惠。兩人點了拌粉、白糖糕、春捲、油條、肉餡湯、豆漿等，吃得很飽很滿意。
性價比：房價實惠，性價比相當高！
不足：服務員雖然比較專業，但如果能有更多笑容就完美了。

酒店環境太好了，一個大院子，分佈了九棟兩三層的小樓，有兩個水塘，一看就是早期的政府接待招待所。建議住一號樓，停車自由，身處鬧市很多吃飯地方，不遠處有一個衞府裏農貿市場，值得一逛。市場有一家油條店，現炸油條配豆漿絕了，名字是倆小哥無礬油條。

這家酒店還是相當不錯的。那種老式的政務風酒店。雖然設施比較陳舊，但是，基本條件還不錯。衞生個方面還可以。位置也是相當方便。門口老字號美食相當不錯。當然也有要吐槽的地方，地毯有氣味，建議用香薰，要麼衞生一定要做好，要麼別用地毯，這玩意臟，氣味大。還有就是我前一天定的特惠房和第二天的商務標間居然一樣。有點扯。
