Hotel rooms are provided with smart service but command language to run devices are only in Chinese language. no option for English language and no menu service is provided in room to order food.
Staff will knock once or twice on your door, if you don't respond they will directly open your room.

Excellent room with a great view. The location is next to the MixC mall and there are lots of places to eat around the area, especially late night options.

幫我房間竟然開在電梯旁邊，一夜享受火車過境時待遇！行李有點多不想換了，38樓那種高速電梯夜深人靜時太嚇人了！大廳和公寓幾個公用的，服務員全程沒有笑臉，要不時靠近萬象城，這個價格打死我也不會住！

環境非常好，很乾凈，晚上可以看美麗的夜景，白天的時候也可以俯望贛州的高樓大廈，非常好的視覺體驗。最讓我滿意的是房間裏面的自動窗簾，很方便哦！總體體驗很棒，下次還願意入住！

很少給酒店差評 ，覺得服務行業大家都不容易，這個我必須説一下，我們是自駕雲南迴來經過贛州臨時休息一晚，看了評價這個還不錯、就預訂了，進去房間已經很晚，推開門廁所馬桶那種返的臭味已經出來了，我趕快把洗手間門關了，抽風開起來，孩子都很累，謝謝也算了，讓孩子趕快睡下了，晚上抬頭看見竟然之前客人喝的奶茶的杯子還在，我就睡不着了，一直想到底床單乾淨嗎

因為開車去贛州，很累以為一到就能入住，誰知道2點去的時候房間還沒打掃好，3點回來還是沒打掃好。盧經理服務很好，升級了湖景，還提前安排我們到房間休息，雖然阿姨還在打掃，但有地方休息總算還能緩一緩吧。
