不知是因為我在攜程訂個還是什麼原因給了我一個設施破損的房間，還騙我説其他房間都訂出去了。真差勁！我晚飯前看了下樓裏總共不過五間房有人，鏡子是裂開的！

缺點：酒店位置比較偏僻；衞生間缺少小肥皂，詢問了前台才送來；房間裏椅子坐墊套很臟（如圖）跟前台反映了也沒解決。優點：房間很寬敞；比較安靜；淋浴熱水充足；早餐還可以，但服務人員專業程度不高。

設施略顯陳舊，但勝在性價比，價格不貴，預期尚可，親友在雙龍花苑，住這個酒店遠近正好。不過要按金這個流程怪怪的，因為最後退還按金的時候也沒人去房間查看，所以顯得雞肋了

入住的那天樓下花園被一個熊孩子放鞭炮點燃了，在樓上看到還有點擔心火災安全問題。
洗護是二合一那種，拖鞋是老式的那種男士洗澡拖鞋。
整體還行，細節不好。

首先要説，前台態度極差！早上起得早到前，房間礦泉水喝完了，本來就是很小瓶的那種礦泉水，可能時間太早了前台睡着覺呢 睡眼朦朧的跑出來態度極差的來了一句礦泉水兩塊錢一瓶！一共住兩次，兩次房間洗手池下面的木板櫃子都是壞的，就這種條件都要交100按金，這讓我們顧客怎麼敢交。特別是這次這個前台叫（xx璐）的，辦理入住，不知道哪來的優越感啊，態度極不耐煩，對於顧客的訊息大聲朗讀，周邊還有其他客人，還和同事大聲揣度議論客户，看到是異性一起來住酒店，就説人家定的鐘點房是什麼意思啊？所以人家合法夫妻不能來住你們酒店不然會被你們這個高貴的前台用貞潔牌坊壓死是不是？真的希望貴酒店領導對於前台員工的招聘篩選制度好好制定修改，不要貪便宜把什麼業務不熟練，一點職業道德和素養但是活的很優越的大媽招進來，仗着自己年齡大但少的可憐的人生履歷來指點客户；另外對員工後期培訓和管理也要定期抽檢和請顧客調研反饋，不然這前台真要無法無天了，環境很好的一個酒店，總體的住户體驗就是被前台噁心一下，然後就沒人管一直到你走，更不能提到“服務”二字了。真的希望引起有關領導的重視。
