Plutôt sympa

Firstly , the room needs a whole new update as the wallpaper was very old to make the room more homely and brighter . Secondly , the cleanliness was not spectacular as bed sheets should be cleaned every second day but it only cleaned after a week . Towels were not replaced. We had to ask for toilet paper as it was not replaced during room service. The only positive aspect of my stay was the air conditioning. I was dissatisfied with my stay at Campanile and they should really improve their service. Overall , I shall rate my stay as 2 out of 5.

The air conditioning did not work, I measured 32°C in the room. No solution offered by the hotel. Impossible to open the window otherwise the neighbors who pass by the room will see inside. Impossible to leave the door open or the window for that matter because several mosquitoes immediately come in and bite. Poor service/restaurant. General condition of the hotel is dilapidated and very poorly soundproofed. Flooding in the bathroom after using the shower. I strongly advise against it even for 1 night.

Pleasant room, in an industrial area, but very well soundproofed. Very pleasant staff. Well-stocked breakfast, and a wide time slot which allows you to relax. Secure parking with gate and code. Very good value for money.

Hotel simply to avoid. Very noisy truck stop in the rooms due to trucks running all night and poor soundproofing. The staff is very uncompetent and insufficient. The room is dated, full of mosquitoes and the beds are as uncomfortable as possible. Meals incomplete and leaving something to be desired. In short, to avoid as much as possible.

It's an old idea. Too bad it's only open until 11pm. Room key did not work properly. So people have to call out of bed. Breakfast not good for the money you have to pay for it and everything closes before the time breakfast is done. Room, bed and shower bathroom quite ok.

Adequate, only the smell of cigarettes that stink the place. Above all, non-smokers should be spared
