I stayed at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Glasgow and had a lovely experience overall. The hotel was clean, modern, and well maintained. The room itself was a little on the smaller side, but honestly perfect for two people - comfortable, cosy, and with everything we needed. We had two beds which were really comfortable, and the room included some nice touches like a coffee machine, plenty of towels, and good quality toiletries. The location was also great - close to the city centre, easy to get around, and quiet enough at night for a good sleep. Everything felt safe and well looked after. The only slight downside was that the service could be a bit slow at times. For example, when calling reception for something, it sometimes took quite a while for them to respond or bring what we asked for. It wasn’t a big issue, but something to be aware of if you’re in a hurry. Aside from that, everything else was fantastic. The staff were friendly and polite, the hotel had great amenities, and the atmosphere felt relaxing and welcoming. Overall, it’s a great place to stay - clean, comfortable, and convenient. I’d definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again.

The room was on the smaller side and quite dimly lit. On the bright side, the bathroom was decent and surprisingly well-lit! The location is great, right next to the train station, only a 5-6 minute walk. You'll find plenty of food options and supermarkets along the route. My only minor gripe is that they only provided two bottles of water for the entire stay.

This is a decent business hotel. While one of Glasgow's train stations is a fifteen-minute walk away, Glasgow Central Station is right on its doorstep. It's very close to the city's main shopping streets, and the river is just on the other side. Museums and universities are a twenty-minute walk away.

I booked this hotel for my business trip to Glasgow from China. My friend had warned me that a £100 hotel here would be roughly equivalent to a basic budget chain like Home Inn back home. My experience after checking in was decent. Overall, the cleanliness was good; the room had no strange smells and was very well-cleaned. The bed was also comfortable, and it was very quiet. The facilities, however, are a bit dated – not quite up to the standard I'm used to in China. They provided two complimentary bottles of water in the room; just bear in mind they won't be replenished, so don't drink them all too quickly. The front desk staff were alright; I simply gave my name to check in, and they didn't even ask for my passport, which was a bit surprising.

Absolutely stunning hotel, spotless, nice breakfast, late check out for an extra 10gbp and hour. Would highly recommend.

It was just amazing hotel and very nice location and clean room

Our room was great for watching trains at Glasgow central station, just outside the window. Clattering of the tracks went on late into the night. TV in room was 2nd most annoying thing, as could not turn off descriptive channel information. Breakfast ok. Hotel location was great for what we wanted to do in Glasgow. You can walk up the river to the crane and hydro. Not convinced it’s the best place to stay in Glasgow, I Think I got a good deal on the jnr suite price and I’d stay again.

Really well situated hotel close to the train station and by the river Clyde. Shops and bars etc within walking distance . The hotel rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold food buffet. The people in Glasgow are so friendly too !

Everything about my stay was perfect. the room was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the bathroom was luxurious with top-quality amenities. Staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel truly welcome. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh options. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Great and modern hotel in Glasgow city centre. Rooms were clean and decorated well. Reception was lovely, offering water and fruit. Didn’t try the bar but that looked great too.

The hotel is close to Glasgow central station with lots of restaurants nearby. The room is very spacious and clean. Highly recommended !
