Znakomity hotel! Bardzo życzliwa obsługa świetne jedzenie. Uwagi krytyczne: zbyt chłodna woda w basenie. Ale jest jeszcze coś - są pokoje z widokiem na jakieś instalacje techniczne na dachu - to porażka marketingowa, coś trzeba z tym zrobić...!

We stay here eight days. Main reason was healthly treatment program in nice environment. The target is achieved and we get very good holiday. Staff is very friendly and the dinner every day surprice us in nice way. Many German old people you should realize that stay in this hotel as well. Only one thing could be better - lift algorythm because in some time waiting time is too long

This is the 2 time that ma wife and I have visited the "Hamilton" Hotel. We were there to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary. The Hotel room was very comfortable and all the staff were super helpful. In particular I would like to say a special thank you to "Katja" on the reception, who organised flowers and a table for me prior to our arrival in the hotel. Throughout our stay Katja was always there to answer any queries as well as all the other staff. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the "Hamilton" (although due to Illnes of some hotel staff etc, not all activities were able to be fulfilled). If I had one thing to change in the hotel it would be the chairs in the "Salzgrotte" they are a little bit uncomfortable. I would recommend the hotel "Hamilton" to anyone who visits Swinemuende, it was a great stay. Thank you all once again for making my wife's and my stay super.

Wir waren als Paar für drei Nächte im Hamilton. Das Hotel bietet einen großen Wohlfühlfaktor. Die Zimmer und das gesamte Hotel sind sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Alle Zimmer haben eine Glasfront zum Balkon, die Balkonumrandung besteht als Glas, somit hat man einen freien Blick teilweise auch auf die Ostsee. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichlich und abwechslungsreich. Der Speisesaal wirkt auf den ersten Blick voll, bietet aber immer ausreichend Platz und hat auch im hinteren Bereich ruhige Ecken. Der SPA-Bereich lädt zum entspannen ein. Wir waren immer zu 18 Uhr dort und waren fast allein. Er umfasst ein großes Schwimmbecken, drei Whirlpools und Saunen. Der Service im Restaurant in der 7. Etage ist ausgezeichnet und sehr zuvorkommend. Das Essen war fantastisch. Lediglich der Service im Kaffee und in der Lobby ist ausbaufähig. Wir mussten mindestens 10 min. warten bis wir gesehen und bedient wurden, teilweise kam auch niemand. Wir werden das Hotel erneut besuchen.
