The single room is comfortable stay. Room cleaned every 7 days. Water bottle and towel need to collect from reception counter for exchange

It's good to use when going to Gocheok to see the public. The room is spacious, the parking lot is good, and the bus stop is right in front. There's a wide sofa-like space by the window, and there's a table, so it's good to order food!

Stayed here 6D in April 2025. Very nice rooms with great views of Namsan or Han River. Staff were very attentive and can converse in English. Rooms with twin beds faced Namsan (north-east). Rooms with double beds faced Han River(south-west). Nearby ET Land shopping centre (5mins walk) is a haven for AV, Electronic, mobile phones, home appliances. 5-7mins walk to Yongsan Station & IPARK Mall have many food & shopping options. Tap card access to floors provides safety & peace of mind.

The hotel is very convenient located at across Yongsan station walk distance with elevator access directly to bridge walkway. I stayed in the normal novotel ambassador deluxe room as well as the suit both are clean and have everything you need. Suit gives you free access to the spa area. Would recommend booking this hotel also due to friendliness and helping staff. They managed to get me early checking after switching rooms. Also the view is amazing as attached picture show.

The stay was ok, except that the ice bucket and cup was left uncleared. Location was great, connected to Yongsan station via a sheltered walkway. Take exit 3 towards Seoul Dragon City and take the lift to level 1 to the lobby. Nice cafes and restaurants in the Sin Yongsan area by bus.. Back to the hotel - the concierge tagged my bags to another name. I had to unlock my tablet with my fingerprint to prove it's my bag.. (my fault for losing the ticket and yay for security). 🤣

Train station was about 5 mins walk away from the hotel. There was no shelter at all. During the period we were there, it was raining and we had to brave the strong wind n rain to get back to the hotel. I think it will be nice if the hotel provides shuttle buses to n from the nearby train station or shopping areas. After all, it's a 5 star hotel. The gym is very small, with 2 only treadmills. There are no bell boys or porters to help with the luggage to bring up to the check-in counter, and we had to bring up ourselves.

Overall: Great stay, helpful staff, clean, great amenities arrived around midnight for check in and whole process was very fuss free but if you need to contact a staff after front desk closes, you need to wait awhile but nonetheless very helpful staff still amenities are amazing it's like a small apartment and equipped with more than enough amenities, great for those with winter jackets because of their styler, can sanitise it and clothes can be washed conveniently as room is equipped with washer and dryer. Convenient store food can be microwaved in the room itself too! Closest convenient store is right behind the hotel like 1min walk and another is about 4min walk away which is bigger and opens till late. station is nearby and has lift and escalators at all exits so it's extra convenient highly recommended for those staying long haul

Overall, the quality is okay compare to the price. It’s a bit far from the station and if you walk at night, you might be afraid. The owner can speak English quite okay which I am so appreciate that. It would be better if there is a curtain in the shower room. Overall, recommend!

Stayed at room #1005 for 2 nights. Clean and quiet room. No train noise at all despite hotel is beside railway track. Aircon is strong and cool. WiFi is fast. Strong hot shower pressure. Housekeeping cleans the room well. Distance not very near to metro station but this deficiency is reflected in price. Only improvement is for the bathroom to install shower curtain as the shower partition is not helpful and half of bathroom floor still wet after shower.

I recently stayed at a hotel ideally situated next to Hongdae Main Street, directly opposite the Lotte L7 hotel. While the main entrance is tucked away on a quieter back street—right across from BHC Fried Chicken—it provides a sense of privacy while remaining close to the area’s vibrant energy. Although the room was on the smaller side, it was expected given the central Seoul location and still offered a comfortable and functional stay. The amenities provided were more than adequate, and the inclusion of welcome snacks was a thoughtful gesture. One of the standout advantages of this hotel is its prime location. It’s only a 5-minute walk to the lively Hongdae shopping street and just steps away from Hongik University Subway Station, with Exit 9 being the most convenient. This makes exploring Seoul extremely convenient for both first-time visitors and returning travelers. Overall, the hotel offers great value for its location, with comfort, cleanliness, and accessibility making it a solid choice for anyone wanting to stay in the heart of Hongdae.
