As an interim stop on the way to Italy OK. For “permission feeling” not the right thing. Plus points: clean and new. Breakfast is great, the staff friendly. The fact that you don't use the pool on the roof may be a strange thing as a guest because I know it differently from other hotels. The fact that no children are allowed on the roof terrace is also a strange thing for me personally. Mostly because there are really nicely selected children's toys in the lobby (HABA pups, new stickbooks, wooden toys...). It is not true for me in any way, but the hotels with so many own rules are in some way coming. Eat only behind, no drinks there, please order only there, children only here but not there.... When you have all understood, it's certainly pleasant for the staff. Maybe I'm also deaf. In Tyrol , South Tyrol... it's different. The guest is the main person there. Here rather not sooooooo.... Location is rather 4-, but it just keeps quiet at night, so in the middle of a business area. For a pure city holiday in Munich I would look for something more central and cool. As an interim stop it's OK. With bus and rail you're so about in 40 minutes in the city (if you just get the bus, you're going every 20 minutes). It would be, now that I have understood everything may come back.
