The food was horrible, from the breakfast buffet/menu orders, to the sports bar food, to the banquet food. The staff were all very nice and helpful.

Great location to Rensselaer College and for the RPI East Campus Arena. Hotel exterior nicely kept, parking lot is well lit, check staff was friendly. Hotel is noisy though… in room fridge was violently vibrating when turning on and off, hallways are super loud as if you have your room door open to the crowds that run the halls at night, roadway traffic noise was loud, AC on and off was loud and the temp was so unregulated… spent the night with covers off dying of heat then covers on freezing to death. Would I stay here again? Ehh…as a last resort.

My headboard of the bed had stains on it and got me a little discussed to sleep on a bed with a dirty headboard. Also i am from Canada and i prepaid my room and somehow got an extra 13$ charged to my credit card , not calling long distance so i guess ithat charge will remain unknown for now.
