Unfortunately, the host is absolutely unfriendly and instead of greeting the guest, he makes them feel like they are disturbing them. There is no space for guests in the hotel's own restaurant, even though no other restaurant in town is open due to public holidays. Breakfast consisting of toast and canned fruit. Unfortunately, the service is not worthy of this accommodation.

It has been open since April 1 of this year so the photos no longer correspond. THE POOL NO LONGER EXISTS (they have turned it into a kind of chillout corner), AND THEY DO NOT GIVE LUNCH OR DINNER. The breakfast is very poor, there is no bread to toast or a variety of sausages or cereals, only sliced ​​cheese, chorizo ​​and salchichón, scrambled eggs and sausages (all cold, by the way), inconceivable that being in Vilaflor they do not offer anything sweet, and neither nuts. The breakfast schedule from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. doesn't allow you to get a little late in bed. THEY DO NOT YET OFFER LUNCH OR DINNER. Finally, the most annoying of all: they have a dog at the entrance of the hotel that barks at all hours as soon as it notices movement of people or vehicles, it has a doghouse at the entrance but they leave it almost all the time in a patio next to the room No. 7, which unfortunately was ours... although when it is in the hut you can also hear barking so it is impossible to relax or even sleep, which is not helped by the very low pillows and no option for others (as there are no closets). , there are no more pillows or an extra blanket in case of need). Also mention that throughout the weekend the same guy was always there to attend both reception and breakfast... and he doesn't speak Spanish so if you don't know English you will have a very difficult time with everything. As for the rooms: avoid number 7!! It is hidden at the back of the hotel so it has no views and the worst thing is the dog barking at all hours. The rest of the rooms have good views but you can also see the entire room from the outside because they are in the way and have windows, you will have to decide whether to have a view or to be seen... also the sun shines fully at dawn and there are no blackout curtains so you will have the room with complete clarity from dawn...
