Accommodations were adequate, however we entered with a PIF account and $561.00 was held against my account. I had to have 2 discussions with front desk. I’ve yet to see it resolved

I stay two nights here and good counter & housekeeping services.

Everything else is fine, but the bed is uncomfortable

The pool was not working no warning at all not even in app so I felt obligated to stay and I wanted a refund my kids and family was very upset and disappointed it was a waste of time i couldn’t sleep at night

The staff were rude and also woke me up while cleaning room across hall at 9am laughing and yelling on her phone

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and I’ve always enjoyed my stay however this time I’m very disappointed. I paid extra to have a “concierge” room which was described as having a “separate bedroom” When I went to my room I noticed the room was identical to the basic rooms I’ve stayed in previously. It was very important to me to have the extra space as I’m traveling with a toddler and newborn, when my husband spoke to the staff about the issue they told him they were out of larger rooms and that there was nothing they could do about it. End of discussion.

Room service breakfast was horrendous!!! Should’ve an embarrassment! I have video if you want proof!!!!! Unexceptionable

I made my reservation through ******* and the hotel front desk still charged me 50.00 per night (a total of 150.00 for my three nights). I was extremely disappointed with that. And because my reservation was through ******* - I was told I couldn't receive the complimentary breakfast - as I didn't pay standard room rates. I will not be back. There really is no incentive to return. Also the shower curtains are too narrow - and the bathroom floors get wet - and the bottom of the bathroom door is rotting in Room 405.

The whole property is just ok. The beds are springy and soft and desperately need replacing. It served its purpose

The property was great and clean and staff was amazing friendly. The food was great and great prices to i would be going back there again.

Wonderful breakfast. Staff was great....Room was very cold, and cold air was spewing into the room from the lower portion of the in - wall heating unit. It took 3 hours forcthecroom to get up to 68° thermostat setting. Night manager was not helpful in giving us a different room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were tired from the weather delays and travel hassles but the fact the desk clerks were smiling and patient was great. There was a hockey tournament apparently filled with 10yr boys which added to the noise factor understandably. My only suggestion is more food options within the hotel would be a good addition for someone like me. We had to wait for the restaurant to open at 5pm and hadn't been able to grab something before leaving the airport.

We are a family of 5, with kids aged 8, 10 and 15, they allowed us to book one room for five and had only two full size beds available, how could that be!?! We had to “manage” and NO other solutions was suggested by management. Took the kids to the pool and was super dirty (green water), they did not enjoy.

Pool needs renovation, clean and comfortable, staff is polite, room service was excellent
