Thank you to the stuff for making our anniversary extra special the resturaunt just mouth watering and the spa peacefull and relaxing the hiur felt like hrs❤️❤️highly recommend for couples looking to dateaway from the city

Lovely hotel this. Great part of town. Has the potential to be amazing I just feel they need to refine a few aspects of their product. Note- our air conditioner didn’t flow great and room was quite warm which did affect sleep quality, the chrome cast streaming service didn’t work properly and was very glitchy, a fire alarm went off in the building for no reason, our shower tap was broken and didn’t function properly, and finally housekeeping cleaning next room must of slammed the door 15 times going in and out creating unbelievably loud noise for no reason.

An amazing stay. We opted for an apar**ent- which was incredible. The hotel is so clean, newly renovated and the staff were extremely helpful. The pool is open until 11pm which was very much appreciated after the hot days in Provence.

Great value for money. Beautiful exterior and interior, very modern, rooms are big, modern and simple and clean. Highly recommend. Restaurant staff can be more attentive to the exact needs of customers.

What’s behind a very nice look and superb restoration ? A real EMPTY box yet. I picked up this location because the freshness of the interior despite the higher price paid vs any other site in the neighborhood. Sidenote - my room 004 was a deluxe or so, it means I paid more than the standard room. A brand new interior, modern, very spacious and clean room, everything I liked. So what ? …Here come the negative things. Wi-Fi didn’t work and you don’t have any phone signal in the room, it’s SURREAL in 2023. It drove me mad and I raised the matter three times to the reception without any solution offered, of course it isn’t the Staff to be responsible for such embarassing scenario. Same as above, the TV supposed to be Internet connected, thus it didn’t work neither. I was so frustrated and couldn’t wait to check out in the morning, as I also had some urgent work issues I was forced to postpone. It takes little things to ruine your guest experience. Trust someone who works in hospitality and travel the world since 25 years.

My wife and I spent 6 nights in an apar**ent at the Villa Castellane and are looking forward to returning next year. The location is excellent because Greoux is famous for the thermal baths, and they are practically across the street through a lovely little park. They are worth the experience - try the 1 hour introduction. The best bakery is a 10 minute walk up the street, as are our favorite restaurants, and the main shopping area is just past the bakery. A little grocery store is just 5 minutes away. The apar**ent was large, clean, and very roomy with bedroom/bathroom on one side of a door and the living room/dining room/kitchen on the other. The shower also was very large. My wife prefers a bathtub so we will have to wait until the suites are finished before we can stay in a room with a tub. The staff was excellent, especially the girl from Jamaica (I think her name was Kamisha) and a young man with black hair who was on the desk at 7 am. Unfortunately I didn’t ask for his name. I needed to rinse some outdoor clothing using a hose, but the hose was missing a quick release fitting to connect to the faucet, and he spent 20 minutes trying to find it. But the most amazing part was what happened after we left. The morning of our departure we had to leave very early to catch a plane at the airport in M****ille. Because we were in the apar**ent, we had acquired a number of items we could not take with us on the plane, such as cheese and crackers, bottles of water, cookies, and bread. I saw my wife using my Mont Blanc pen, which was on the table, to write a note in French saying the staff was happy to help themselves to any of these items. We no longer needed them. As we were arriving at the airport, I asked my wife for my pen, which she said she had left on the table with all the things we didn’t want because that was where she found it. We called the hotel and talked to Kamisha (?) and explain the situation. She said she would look into it. We didn’t hear anything for several weeks, and then one day, back home in California, we received a box with my pen! So thank you to all the staff.

The spa is excellent ! Had a wonderful facial and a high recommend . Pool is wonderful .Great 2 day pit stop . Hotel is a bit understaffed in the restaurant and bar area. Front desk wonderful .

Great property. We would definitely stay here again! It is so close too the lavender fields of Valensole

the door to bathroom was made from very heavy glass and we coudnt moove it properly. once we tried harder it was broken over our bodies. the room and me were full with small pieces of the broken glass. i got some wunds on my bare body. it was a traumatic event. at that time in the evening, no body was in the reception desk and we doudnt ask any one to help us. my husband was forced to remoove all broken glasses from the room. he wored very hard for one hour.
